During my last 4 career years in hospitality as a caffe/club manager, I developed a sociable persona, networked within the crowd, befriended hundreds of customers. That's where I figured out that I love to work with people from all over the world, which brought me in travel & tourism business. My holiday homes are hand-picked, personally acquired and my relationship with homeowners is built upon professionalism and trust.

My guests are always able to reach me and get any sort of information or help before arrival, during their stay or after their departure.

The entire property, which includes the house, fenced yard and swimming pool, is for the private use of only one group of guests. The house has a garage that is not accessible to guests (locked). There are private belongings of the homeowner.

In the yard there is a mini garden, and several olive trees.
There is also a spacious summer (outdoor) kitchen with a fireplace/BBQ, a large table and chairs.

The house is 7 km away from the first beach Peroj. Fažana beach is on 9 km distance.

The nearest local shop is 300 m from the villa. The first restaurant Pizza & BBQ Buffalo is 450 m away, and Restaurant Maslina is 1,2 km away. Supermarkets "Konzum" and "Plodine" are 1.1 km and 1.2 km away.

Das gesamte Anwesen, das das Haus, den umzäunten Garten und den Pool umfasst, steht nur einer Gruppe von Gästen zur privaten Nutzung zur Verfügung. Das Haus verfügt über eine Garage, die für Gäste nicht zugänglich ist (verschlossen). Es gibt private Gegenstände des Hausbesitzers.

Im Hof ​​gibt es einen Minigarten und mehrere Olivenbäume.

The balcony offers a beautiful view of the Brijuni Islands.

Brijuni is the most famous and most beautiful national park in Croatia. A visit to the park is possible every day, by boat from Fažana, which sails regularly. There you can enjoy a walk, see zebras, llamas and goats in the safari park, see the remains of Roman ancient culture and dinosaur footprints.
