Greystead Institute is a fantastic Victorian church hall conversion resting in Tarset, Northumberland and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a conservatory with dining seating for four people. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite bathroom and a double with en-suite shower room. Outside there is an enclosed, rear patio with furniture, shared use of owners' all-weather tennis court, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 4.7 miles, you will find a shop, and within 2.4 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
