A beautiful stylish stone house set in it’s own private olive grove that sits above the natural bay of Sivota with magical views over the Ionian to Meganisi, Ithaca and Kefalonia. Comfortable and spacious, the house is designed to give a variety of outside spaces for guests to discover.Secluded and private for you to relax in the serenity of surrounded nature. There is a beautiful roof terrace, a light and airy double height sitting room, an elegant dining verandah with cover and a large modern kitchen with plenty of room to prepare meals in either together or with the help of an outside chef.

The swimming pool invites you to come in and when tired and want to gaze at the view, you can relax at the shady pool house. Pool size : 11 x 5.5 x 1.8m.

There are 6 bedrooms - one has the benefit of being slightly apart, which makes a perfect space for a nanny or cook, noisy teenagers or a guest who requires total peace and quiet!

The harbour and local village of Sivota is close by and packed with local shops and restaurants (but not so close that you are effected by noise) and from there boats can be rented so you can set off across the Ionian to find secluded bays to swim in and restaurants to lunch at. There are so many beautiful spots to visit if you feel the need to leave the quiet and privacy of the house and pool with its breathtaking views.

MAIN HOUSE:

5 BEDROOMS : 2 bedrooms with double superking beds of 1.82m wide by 2m long with en suite bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with twin beds with en suite bathrooms.
All twin beds can be transformed into super kind double beds.
Three of the bedrooms have their own terrace, one has a very private roof terrace!

However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.
