Charming 3-Bed Villa in Protaras with heated pool

Welcome to this beautiful holiday house in Protaras.

We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of your home.
The villa in Protaras is located in a very safe and quiet residential complex behind the Mesana Supermarket, half way between Agia Napa and Protaras.
The bus stop is right in front of the Mesana supermarket at about 40-50 m from the house.
There is a Bar and Grill restaurant and a all year round traditional tavern, Kafkaros Tavern within 3 min walk from the house.
The 5* Grecian Park Hotel with its amenities and the Ravioli's Italian restaurant, are at 650 m from the house, 9 min walk.

The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.
There is a rocky beach at about 400 m straight down from the house.
The famous Konnos Bay, a Blue Flag beach with its soft white sands, crystal clear and incredible calm waters is at 800 m from the house, 8-10 min walk. It can be easily reached through a beautiful hilltop footpath lined up by rich greenery and pine trees with amazing sea views.

The Cyclopes Caves is at 1 km from the house following the same footpath, about 14 min walk.
The mirific Blue Lagoon within the natural reserve of Capo Greco is at about 3.8 km, 6 min by car. Amazing place for snorkelling and scuba diving.
Another attraction is the Sea Caves of Agia Napa located at about 4.2 km from the house, 7 min by car.
Limnara Beach of Agia Napa is at 4.7 km.
Agia Napa Harbor with a myriad of shops and restaurants is located at 8.9 km.
Green Bay Water sports Academy is at 1.7 km, 20 min walk.
Another beautiful Blue Flag beach, Fig Tree Bay in Protaras, at about 2.9 km from our villa, can be reached within 10 min by bus or 4 min by car.
Sirena Beach at 8 km.
Trinity Beach at 9.5 km.
Pernera Beach at 6 km.
Nissi beach is at about 15 km.
Makronissos Beach is at 17 km.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a 7 ways drinking water filtration system.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers two television sets with cable channels on and internet access.

The house has an open plan, spacious living room with dinning area and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor.
There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor and can comfortably sleep 6-7.
In master bedroom you will find a double bed. This bedroom has access to a good size balcony with sea and garden views.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed. This bedroom has balcony access and sea and garden views.
The third bedroom contains a double bed. This bedroom has garden views and a TV set.

There are 2 bathrooms.
The upstairs bathroom has a toilet and sink and a shower over bathtub.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11 am.
- Smoking is not allowed in the house.
- There is free on street parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- A security deposit of 500 euro must be retain 10 days before the arrival.
Full refund of the security deposit within 48 hours after the departure providing that there are no damages to the property and no extra undeclared guests are staying at the property.

The outdoor terrace and the lagoon pool are surrounded by a colourful tropical harden.

The two wooden pergolas over the terrace are offering generous shade and protection from the summer sun.

The 4 burner Beef Eater grill with rotisserie with high specifications and a outdoor pizza oven are available for your use.
