Buena Vida est situé à Cruz Bay et a été achevé et a commencé à louer fin 2010. Ceci est une unité Penthouse d'une chambre, une salle de bain de 1212 pieds carrés au niveau supérieur de la première rangée de Grande Bay. En plus d'avoir une vue imprenable, ce Penthouse a un design influencé par les Caraïbes qui comprend des plafonds voûtés aérés et des espaces de vie intérieurs qui sont entourés de trois vérandas et terrasses de vie en plein air. La véranda avant regarde à l'ouest, au nord et à l'est et offre une vue imprenable sur le port de Cruz Bay et des couchers de soleil sur St Thomas. Du côté est, une véranda offre également des vues qui s'étendent d'ouest en est. Sur le côté ouest est un lanai confortable (un salon extérieur) plus un patio ensoleillé au large de la chambre principale. L'intérieur central climatisé comprend un deuxième salon, la cuisine et la chambre et la salle de bain.

Amazing location and View

Beautiful views and great outdoor spaces. The side covered porch/outdoor living area is a very nice addition to the unit. Large bathroom and shower. We would have liked a softer mattress. It's very hard and we had issues getting a full nights rest. That's the only reason it didn't get a (5) star rating. We will however stay here again!

Great trip!

Perfect location, well provisioned, wish we had stayed for 2 weeks. Also have to say the island lost power for nearly 2 day and the generator never faltered.

Excellent Penthouse

Enjoyed a stay at this location in early August 2023 and really enjoyed the location and the condition of this unit. It had excellent patios and patio furniture with great views overlooking Cruz Bay. Nicely equipped kitchen and washer/dryer were a plus also!

Everything you need and more!!

This condo was phenomenal!! They even provided laundry pods, trash liners, and toilet paper! Great views, need nothing!! What a wonderful Penthouse!!

My wife and I really enjoyed the Condo and will definitely be coming back. Best views on the island and walking distance to everything you need.

We are frequent visitors to the island but have never stayed in this Grande Bat unit - it was perfect for my daughter and I! Recommend!

great birthday trip

This was my first time at Buena Vide and I loved the condo and I love Cruz Bay! I have stayed in many units in the Grande Bay Condo complex and this ranks up there with one of the best. The folks at Caribbean Villas and Resorts couldn't have been nicer. Comfortable space with so much beautiful outdoor space. I highly recommend this property!

Gorgeous Location

We had a beautiful stay here. The condo is in a great location. You can walk to many great restaurants. The views from this location are unbelievable. The condo is set up with everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay!

St John Beauty

Very clean penthouse and awesome location right on Cruz Bay. Beautiful view and in very short walking distance to shops and restaurants. Well appointed kitchen and tasteful bedding and linens. Can hear music from the town which offers entertainment all week in the comfort of your home!

Buena Vida is Awesome

My wife and I came down for a week to visit my daughter in St. Johns and see the sights. This condo is in the best location on the island. Everything is in short walking distance and the views from the condo is first rate! The condo lacks for nothing and has a very comfortable bed. You will not regret renting this condo. Best vacation I've ever had!

Buena Vida!

We stayed in this 4th floor penthouse to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. Chose Grande Bay because of it's proximity to all of the conveniences of Cruz Bay and were not disappointed! Very tastefully appointed and kitchen was well-stocked , however we only used the coffee maker and fridge ;) Having a parking spot in the garage allowed us to rent a jeep and explore the island by day and return to Cruz Bay for dinners and walking around the town by night. Absolutely beautiful views from porch and lanai. Would highly recommend. Zozo's restaurant is absolutely outstanding. Reserve a chair at the bar for dinner at sunset! My only complaint was that the condo is located closest to the beach bars, so when there was a live band at one of these places such as Joe's, do not plan on sleeping before 2-3:00am!
