DESCRIPTION: Mosaic Sunset, Cruz Views #3, is a center unit that sits over the pool of the facility. This unit commands the BEST and most sweeping views of the complex, the harbor below, and distant islands beyond. The quaint, yet cozy deck offers ultimate privacy and security, whether it be for early morning coffee or late night cocktails. The comfortable wicker rockers are the perfect perch for viewing magical late afternoon sunsets or watching the romantic allure of twinkling far off island lights at night.

Mosaic Sunset has been completely remodeled with a beautiful brand new kitchen, complete with all new appliances, a new peninsula bar with stools, all new furniture and amenities. Bright colors and artwork adorn the Master bedroom that overlooks the Great Room through tropical Caribbean shutters. The Master has beautiful Tahitian island furnishings, a new queen Sealy Marriott Euro-Plush firm bed, A/C unit which cools not only the bedroom, but the Great room as well, and a 32 inch smart HD TV with cable & DVD.

The 2nd bedroom is accessed by a ship's ladder, attached to the wall, and is not designed or recommended for children under 12. It is tastefully, but whimsically appointed. It, too, is furnished with 2 XL Twin Sealy Marriott Euro-Plush firm beds (does not convert to king), TV, DVD, and has its own A/C unit. Views from the "crows nest" are spectacular! The Great Room has a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) and provides a comfy spot to catch a late night movie or a favorite game on the new 50 inch smart LED HD TV, also equipped with cable and WiFi.

The stairway from the Great Room leads up to the private quarters and the amazing original Caribbean style bathroom. Smooth sea-polished Caribbean stones soothe your feet as you enjoy a refreshing shower, perhaps while you prepare for a night out. And more, you are surrounded by incredible artwork of the Mosaic Sunset, created by a famous local artisan of St. John.

Put your fresh catch on the grill or cook in for that special island style dinner as you enjoy a quiet evening on the deck, around the pool or just at home after a long, relaxing day at the beach.

LOCATION: Cruz Views is tucked into a tropical hillside 160 feet above the town of Cruz Bay. The units all face southwest to capture lots of sun and picturesque views of turquoise seas by day, memorable sunsets at days end, and the twinkling lights of distant islands at night. It's an easy walk into Cruz Bay (downhill) but the walk back to Cruz Views is a bit more challenging, especially if you have enjoyed a few of the island's infamous rum punches.

For those renting a vehicle there is on site parking at the complex. Guests will enjoy the shared pool and if you like to BBQ, there is a gas grill available for guests to use during their stay. Beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler are also included with each condo.
