Property owners close, very responsive, very nice. We had 3 trucks/trailers could accommodate all of us very well. Able to get to the trails using county roads. Beautiful area, very nice house and bath house.

a beautiful area, great lodging and so much fun.

I really loved the ranch and the surrounding countryside. The autumn leaves were incredible, and the accommodations were perfect.

OHV vacation

We had a fantastic stay at the Bar7. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We loved the quiet secluded location and that we were able to ride our 4 wheelers from the property up to the trails. We will absolutely be staying again!

Awesome house with plenty of room for family and friends

We had 10 adults on this trip and the house was very comfortable with plenty of sleeping and living space. The house was well situated for access to the Wagon Wheel trail system as well. Everyone enjoyed their time on the property!

Family gathering in memory of recently deceased husband/father/grandfather.

Wonderful old family ranch house with great updates. Lots of room for family to gather in small groups. Great for kids to see the horses and everyday ranching activities. Also easy access to OHV trails which we enjoyed.

Quiet Retreat

Shannon's a great host. Enjoyed the canopy of trees and hang out spaces around the house. We plan to return in the future.

Awesome place! We’ll be back.

Excellent location. Best sleep at night we’ve had in quite some time due to being in the country with no noise pollution. Enjoyed all that Meeker had to offer, ATV’ing, and a nice trip to Trappers Lake and the Flat Tops. Shannon and Buckshot were excellent hosts and very responsive to our messages.

Great Working Ranch Experience!

House was super clean, and Shannon and her husband extremely warm and personable, and quickly addressed small issues. We had a great stay and fished daily. The WiFi worked fine, and the house was very comfortable, yet rustic. We'd highly recommend it!!

Outstanding experience! Perfect place to stay and ride the amazing trails of Meeker on our atvs.This property is beautiful & a perfect place for large family gatherings.We appreciated the warm hospitality and communication of Shannon. Perfect Place

This a charming house with room for many. The owners are very friendly and are close by if you need anything - which we did not. Spent most of the time enjoying the scenery on the Flat Top. Meeker is cute, small town.

Hidden Gem

We were lucky enough to spend our family Thanksgiving at the ranch!! The setting is truly magical. What classic holiday cards are made of. We look forward to getting back and enjoying everything the ranch has to offer!!

Hidden Gem

We had an excellent time at the Bar 7 Ranch! If you are looking to get away from it all and relax, this is the place for you. The hosts where most gracious and accommodating. The property is gorgeous with plenty of room for everyone. You must enjoy the sunsets on the back porch and revel in the silence! We loved our stay there and hope to return in the future!

Relaxing, Beautiful, and Fun!

Our group of 8 adults and 6 kids had an amazing time! Shannon was awesome, we all found her to be super helpful, approachable and fun. The cabin was perfect and super comfortable. The beds were SUPER comfortable and the outdoor patio and area became our favorite place to hangout. We are absolutely planning a return trip for next summer!! We were in town working on short notice. This was exactly what we needed. The host was able to get us in same day and extend our stay an extra night.

Great stay! Great place!!

We had 17 people and the house was filled to the max, but there was plenty of room for everyone. The yard is big and plenty of room for the children to play. The Sheridan’s were very friendly and our group of men took to helping them out on various projects, which they very much enjoyed. We will go back for sure!
