This delightful ground-floor apartment overlooking the waterfront rests in Porthmadog, Gwynedd and can sleep two people in one bedroom.

48A South Snowdon Wharf hosts one double bedroom along with a shower room and can sleep up to two guests. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric flame-effect fire. Outside there is a patio garden with furniture and an off-road parking space for 1 car. Electric heaters with flame-effect electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge with ice box. Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. (Note: Please bring your own beach towels) Off-road parking for 1 car. Patio with furniture. Porthmadog, plus a great Bus service from the high street. Porthmadog has launderette facilities. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. The Ffestiniog heritage railway is near the estate that the property is on to allow easy trips to Caernarvon and there is also a main railway station in Porthmadog, plus a great Bus service from the high street. Shop and pub 0.2 miles, beach 3.2 miles.
