The coastal town of Lyme Regis with its famous Cobb of the French Lieutenants fame, interesting individual specialist shops, is a 15 minute drive over the Devon border into Dorset.
The small thriving market town of Axminster, famous for the Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall ‘River Cottage Kitchen and Deli’, shops and weekly street market is a 15-minute drive away.
