Clean, but not spacious, very nice thoughtful extras
Location - The first issue was getting to the property. It requires driving on a dirt track and beware cars with a low profile will scrape (for this reason we would not return). There is no signage to find the property. Cleanliness - The property was perfectly clean but some of the glasses were dirty. Facilities - The bed is very soft with a sprung mattress which we didnât find particularly comfortable. The bed was also so close to the wall on one side it wasnât even possible to âcrab walkâ down the side. The WiFi dropped constantly and we struggled to stream a movie (and ended up hot-spotting from our phones). The patio is very pretty, it has beautiful views and we had a lovely couple of hours sitting in the sunshine. The host was fast to respond to questions and very helpful. The location was private and not overlooked. There were a few Easter decorations and the host had kindly left some hot cross buns, a little milk and some fruit. There were also toiletries and other basics (although bath towels were towels and not bath sheets so somewhat small). For this price point it really didnât meet the mark and coupled with the dirt track issue we wouldnât stay again.
The property is amazing. Very well stocked and comfortable. The situation gave lovely views of Seaford from the patio. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. All in all a very great holiday
Our stay here was excellent. Just what we needed after a long weekend. Sue and Tim were excellent hosts and we needed nothing, as the chalet was perfect. Quiet surroundings and perfect place. The amenities were quality. I highly recommend.
