Cabin with sea view - walking distance to beach
Come and relax at this 3 bedroom detached villa. This high spec villa has been completely refurbished with all modern fixtures and fittings. It has been brilliantly transformed into a wonderful cabin with huge porthole windows to take in the sea view. With its superb cabin design and being so close to the coast you will almost certainly feel at sea in this villa. You are spoilt with a choice of sea views; either sitting inside or french doors lead to a great outside seating area overlooking the sea. This villa is ideally situated on the Eastern esplanade with only a 10-15 minute stroll to Ventnor beach.
Bedrooms: This villa has bedrooms to sleep 5 (the villa can sleep 6 due to sofa bed in lounge). New beds and mattresses throughout, the master bedroom a double room with sea view through the wonderful porthole window; has a double divan bed and double mirrored wardrobe. The second bedroom two slimline beds (normal height) divan beds and nice double wardrobe. The 3rd bedroom good size with a single bed and built in wardrobe.
Very Large Lounge/dining area: panoramic sea view from the front and great sea view from the side porthole window. Dining area with table and chairs, comfortably furnished living room with chaise longue style modern sofa, 2nd sofa a matching sofabed, Toshiba smart flatscreen TV which enables you to log into the wifi using the TV controller and access i-player and other apps. Free Wifi is available for your enjoyment.
Kitchen: beautiful fully equipped kitchen; with fridge/freezer, built in oven, built in microwave & grill combi, induction ceramic hob, dishwasher. Washing machine in outside laundry cupboard.
Bathroom: great size family bathroom, comprising of bath with wonderful shower over (with option of large rain shower head or normal shower head, shower screen, basin and toilet.
Separate Toilet: additional handy toilet with basin.
Heating: underfloor heating; controlled in individual rooms, it doesnât take too much to heat this property.
Children: a high chair and travel cot are available free of charge, these need to be booked prior to your holiday.
ï”Dogs: well behaved dogs are welcome, only 1 is allowable. Please allow an additional cost. You are able to take your dogs to Bonchurch beach all year (Bonchurch beach is within walking distance, 20-25 min walk), but dogs are only allowed on Ventnor beach during off peak times. There is Ventnor Green nearby also to exercise your dog.
Outside: french doors from lounge opening to a seating area overlooking the sea.
Linen: linen is included in the price. Should your stay be for two weeks, fresh bottom sheets are offered for the second week but need to be pre ordered at the time of booking.
Parking: free private parking. Parking is in the private villa carpark (about 150 yards up a slope) you can drop your luggage off and pick up from the villa by car.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
Portholes is a great villa, with a great modern feel. It is great for a single person, couples or families needing a break away. Everything is in walking distance, including beach, great walks, great places to eat and drink. There is parking; the driver would need to have no walking difficulties, you can drop the luggage and people off and then parking is in the private carpark.
