Silver Birch is a superb lodge resting on the Silverwood Luxury Lodge site in Errol, Perth and Kinross and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, dining seating for six people, and a sitting room with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of two doubles, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is a garden with private decking, furniture and hot tub, as well as off-road parking available in large on-site car park. Within 0.7 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are not permitted at this property. There is an on-site bar/restaurant, but it is only available for private functions. Several restaurants and convenience stores are within a few blocks of one other, as well as the Errol Pub and AliBob Café. The Black Watch Castle & Museum, the beautiful Huntingtower Castle, Kinnoull Hill Woodland Park, and the spectacular Kinfauns Castle Estate are all within easy reach of the village.
