A large kitchen, dining area and living room are smartly styled for a comfortable stay, making you feel right at home. It is also dog friendly so bring your pet along to your stay in Aviemore.
Burnside Pines is the perfect base for exploring the Cairngorm National Park. The property boasts its own sauna for some relaxation after a day of outdoor activities, as well as a smart utility room with a boot warmer and space to hang jackets. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the garage for safely storing their equipment, including bike hooks. Pets will enjoy the long walks from the doorstep.
The brand new fully equipped kitchen diner is the heart of the home, with a fantastic little bar area and a snug conservatory completing the entertainment space. A lovely lounge provides ample space for the family to gather. The house has 3 well-proportioned bedrooms, with a twin bedroom on the ground floor that can be converted into a super king. Wireless internet and self check-in are also available to each guest.
Burnside Pines faces the Cairngorm vista and offers superb views from the upstairs. The enclosed rear garden features a lovely rockery with alpine plants and is a cozy place to enjoy some time outdoors.

Having worked in tourism for many years, I felt now was the time to give people the sustainable choices that are increasingly important to us all. So using my extensive knowledge of the local market, I have created igloo with Nick. I understand fully the needs of owners and guests, having worked in the industry for a considerable length of time in management roles within rentals, sales and lodge services.
What I love best about the job is the customer satisfaction. Ensuring that everything is as it should be when my guests arrive and that they are kept well informed before, during and after their stay. I love it when people call and you really get a chance to get to know them. I have been brought up in Aviemore, as were many generations of my family before me. So I bring a deep rooted sense of love and responsibility to the area that I live in.
I have had two passions for as long as I can remember - Travelling and The Highlands.
Growing up here in the Highlands, I have always been passionate about its history, places, people and our world class food & drink. I am particularly fond of our local craft beers!
I love to travel and I've always enjoyed getting off beaten track and experiencing things like a local. There is no better way to do this than self-catering.
