This superb semi-detached house rests in Totland Bay on the Isle of Wight and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Larch Lodge is a fantastic semi-detached house resting in Totland Bay on the Isle of Wight. Hosting three bedrooms, including a king-size with en-suite shower room and two twins, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and a rear garden with patio and lawn. Larch Lodge makes for an excellent coastal getaway with loved ones. During half term and School holidays (except Christmas) this property only accepts a minimum of 7 nights
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Garden with patio and lawn. One well-behaved dog welcome. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.6 miles, beach 0.4 miles. Note: There are two steps up to the entrance, please take care. Note: There are 6 steep steps onto the grassed area in the back garden. Charging electric vehicles via an extension lead to the property is not permitted. Ferry Discount available through property manager.
