Situated just 1.5 miles from the pretty coastal town of Oban. The mansion itself sits within its own sizeable 0.6 acre grounds with private and residential communal gardens. The property has access through the front of the main house with its original wooden panelled walls where you can take the elevator down to the lower ground floor.

There is another entrance through the kitchen via the garden at the rear of the main house.
