This beautifully presented 1 bedroom apartment has been finished to a high standard, offering stylish furnishings, modern fittings, and ample space to comfortably accommodate up to three guests (with the use of a sofa bed). Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the rooms with natural light, enhancing the sense of openness throughout.

The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped modern kitchen—perfect for preparing meals at home—a large sofa, and a large TV. A sofa bed is available in the living space for one additional guest and can be made up prior to arrival for an extra fee (please select 3 guests when booking). High-speed broadband is available throughout the apartment.

The spacious double bedroom features a comfortable bed with crisp hotel-quality linens, a full-length window, and generous storage space. The modern bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower, toilet, and sink, along with complimentary toiletries and soft, fluffy towels for your stay.

There is a communal roof terrace that you can access during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the city centre amongst a modern and safe development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurant and cafes right on your doorstep. The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance, with the main Bullring Shopping Centre just a 10 minute walk away.

Getting Around:
Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.

Other Things to Note:
There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking).

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.

Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.

We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
