Please note this property is a first floor flat and the exterior stairs are not suitable for people with mobility issues, we love kids, but please ensure that they are safe and do not climb onto the railings and adjacent roof and that they are safe on the metal stairs leading up to the terrace .

TERRACE
Please note the large terrace can be slippery when it’s icy and wet (delete) - so please be careful and wear sensible shoes.
- Please be aware that we do allow children from the age of 6 because of the steep staircase, it is your responsibility to control your children.
- Please be careful not to spill anything that might stain it and certainly NO barbeques please.
- The picnic table is heavy, so please don’t drag it around the decking.
- Our unique beach seat is a Strandkorb - popular all along the Dutch and German North Sea coasts.

Please be aware that SEALOFT is closely linked to adjoining houses where our friends and neighbours live so please enjoy and respect the shared space and avoid noisy revelries.

The bootbox by the door is there to store muddy shoes and boots, so please be careful not to tread dirt through the house

Blankets are in the bench by the dining table in the corner. Please bring them inside and return them when you’re finished on the decking.

Please be careful with the bathroom door handle and the shower screen to make sure they don’t knock into one another when open.
