There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The cosy double bedroom has a comfortable bed with crisp hotel linen. The modern and clean shower room includes a toilet, sink and shower, with complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels supplied for your use. From the apartment's location, most of Ipswich is within walking distance and the train station is within easy reach. The perfect base for those on a budget!

Located in the town centre within a quiet development, you have the ideal base in which to explore all that Ipswich has to offer. The main shopping streets are just a 5 minute walk away, and there's a huge choice of bars, restaurants and cafes right on your doorstep. Ipswich is a modestly sized town, and being so centrally located, you are within walking distance of all its attractions.

Getting Around:
There are bus routes servicing the nearby main road and the train station is just a 10 minute walk away. There is a pay & display car park in front of the property.

Other Things to Note:
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.

Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.
