This residential home is ideal for larger groups of contractors, business professionals and families. Located in one of Birminghamâs quiet suburbs, this property is close to Birmingham and perfectly placed in a safe and scenic neighborhood.
The property consists of 3 bedrooms, each having 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms. The downstairs space provides access to the private garden, and offers guests a spacious living room and kitchen. The house design is a combination of modern and functional, being carpeted throughout but also intelligently designed for larger groups.
The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-range appliances, and cooking utensils, as well as a large dining area. You will find this is an ideal space to socialise and spend time together with your colleagues. The washing machine is located in the kitchen, and there is an array of storage space that you can use at your convenience for longer stays.
The living room comes with 2 sofas and a settee, as well as the latest entertainment technology. You will have everything from access to Netflix free of charge, to a 50â Smart TV and complimentary WiFi. The living room opens directly into a lovely and spacious garden, making this an ideal property for those who enjoy relaxing in an outdoor setting.
The property comes with off-street parking, allowing you to park your vehicles as required.
This home is ideal for those who want to enjoy the comfort of a home away from the busy city centre, but also be within the close proximity of Birmingham.
We provide full access to the house and facilities via self-check-in.

Prior to your arrival:
All guests must provide proof of Identification i.e passport, driver's licence, pay a refundable damage deposit fee of ÂŁ100 & sign the Terms & Conditions.
During your stay:
1. There cannot be any more than the confirmed guests in or on our property at any one point, this will be a violation of our occupancy limit and violation of this will lead to the immediate removal of all guests without any refund.
2. All guests must respect our community guidelines:
No Parties/Gatherings that exceed the maximum number of guests
No Smoking
No extra guests
3, Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down after 10 pm.
4. We would prefer if you could:
Use indoor shoes/slippers
Treat the flat as if it were your own
When leaving the property please make sure you lock the door and all the windows
5. This is a self-check-in property, by booking this property you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that you have been provided.
6. There will be a fine of ÂŁ50 for smoking, this will be applied for each day of your booking.
7. Check out is strictly 11 am, a charge will be applied for any unauthorised late checkouts.
8. You are responsible for any damages caused upon your stay by not following house rules. You are also responsible if the damages cause any upcoming guest an inconvenience. You will be liable for any refunds given to any guests due to any negative experienced caused by your damages.
9. You must pass our verification process. Failure to do so will result in us declining your booking.
10. You agree that your booking this property in goodwill with your host and you will not attempt to damage your hosts business if you lose a dispute.
