The Neighborhood:
The cottage is located in the heart of the South Downs, so don’t forget your walking boots and get ready to enjoy some amazing views and peaceful countryside. The location also has the added bonus of being close to Chichester city centre to the south. Here you’ll find shops, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, a theatre, a cathedral, and plenty of other entertainment. And a little further away are beaches at West Wittering, Selsey and Bracklesham Bay.

Countryside. City. Seaside. All within easy reach. That’s three great reasons to escape to the Acer Cottage retreat. And lovely country pubs within easy walking distance too. Race fans are also spoilt for choice as there are two racecourses nearby— Goodwood and Fontwell. The Goodwood race circuit, home of the annual Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival is also nearby.

Getting Around:
Driving here is the best option as there’s easy parking outside the cottage. Once you’re here you can get around on foot or use your bikes if you’re bringing them. You can also use taxi services. The railway station in Chichester isn’t too far away and it’s from there that you can catch train services up to London and to other destinations in southern England including Brighton, Portsmouth, Southampton, and Worthing.
