Room was less than adequate, we were failed to be told that we had to pay for everything including toilet paper if we wanted it. Also they advertise a balcony suite and the balconies are locked and you can’t get outside. It was supposed to be a large upgrade from the condo we already have there and it was a complete disappointment. The staff was less than helpful to say the least. I am very disappointed. I have stayed at this property the last 14 years and have never seen it so bad.

This property was very nice but disappointing, nothing is around the area, the main palms is closed, you cannot go out on either balcony, the freezer was broken, the jacuzzi tub wouldn’t turn on and only 2 out of 3 shower heads could be on at once, but great communication with property owner and pictures match perfectly, great deal for the price.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It's also very convenient to the Las Vegas Strip without being in the middle of the madness. We went to two shows while in town, one at the Mirage and another at the Venetian, and it was very easy to get to them from this location. The price was less than half what a stay at the Venetian would have cost, so it's also a great value. The only downside at all, for my husband, was that the doors to the balconies were locked, so he had to go downstairs and outside to smoke. I don't know whether we could have gotten them unlocked, but just be aware of this if you're counting on being able to go out onto the balconies. The views of the city lights from this corner unit were outstanding, regardless.

Beautiful very large condo.

This condo is amazing, very clean spectacular views from balconies. Condo is near everything, grocery stores, gas station, casino, indoor go-kart. I will definitely be staying here next time I visit Vegas.

Charged for damages without notice

Family trip with me and toddlers. After checking out, the Palms charged my credit card for thousands in damages to room wallpaper and speaker bra. What? No notice, no proof, no contact. I can attest I did not leave the room damaged and even cleaned up for housekeeping and I kindly provided owner a list of damages I observed when I arrived. Credit card declined the charge dispute and now I'm out thousands. Renter beware, your trip could get very expensive and nothing you can do about it... like me.

As always an Amazing stay.

Me and my significant other always choose this room when we are in town, from the small kitchen when you first walk in, to the panoramic view of Las Vegas, fireplace and wonderful bedroom, this is an easy choice for our weekend getaways.

Manager was completely outta line

During check in progress we had our mother check in and he told us about smoking fee and we simply asked how much and if we can pay right then and there and he started assuming we were going to trash property and we were going to throw parties when it was only 4 people . Didn’t let us check in and never gave us back our money . Trash

We enjoyed our brief stay here in Vegas. The view was spectacular. The pool was closed during our stay which wasn't a big deal as we were there only one night. Balcony windows need a cleaning. Comfortable and great view. We would stay here again. Thanks Ben!

Wonderful stay!

First the owner, Ben, was easily accessible and quickly responded to every communication I had. Check in was easy. We arrived a little early but went to the front desk at Palms Place and were greeted by a happy and accommodating young lady who got us pre-checked in and took my cell phone and told us that they are cleaning the room now and it wouldn’t be too long. This was around 2 to 2:30 PM. She said she would call us when the room was ready. So we went shopping for supplies and about half an hour later she called and we picked up our room keys. The condo has a spectacular view with the main balcony facing Las Vegas Blvd. So you are looking east on Flamingo right at the strip. The condo is on the 17th floor so I felt high enough to have a great view and low enough to enjoy all the action around the hotel and on Flamingo. At night we left the curtains open to enjoy all the lights of Las Vegas and the Palms. We enjoyed the use of the balconies and appreciated being able to step out and enjoy the view. The bed was more than comfortable and the shower was awesome. The kitchen was great to have but it is easy to tell that no one cooks in Las Vegas especially at the Palms because there are so many great choices for food nearby. (FYI, I picked up a suggestion online to check out the steakhouse at the Gold Coast across the street and when we went over they had half price cocktail and appetizer specials as well as reasonably priced dinners.) All in all our stay at this condo was so much fun. Parking at Palms Place is free and with the condo there are no resort fees. So not only is it a convenient location which is next door to a completely renovated casino, but it also is a value. We are looking forward to returning and would prefer to rent from Ben.
