3 Bed Gite with private pool & garden in Nantille

Welcome to our beautiful house in Nantillé. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.
We are situated in the middle of the Cognac vineyards, 20 minutes from the towns of Cognac, and Saint Jean d'Angely. We are also very close to the coast and beaches (35 mins from Royan, 45 mins from La Rochelle and the "Cote Sauvage")


As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there are two single beds which can be approached as one double bed.
The third bedroom contains two single beds.


There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath tub.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.

Due to certain abuse, the electrical power consumption will be claimed during the period between the 20th of October and the 20th of March, at the official national electrical authority rate of 17.40 cents €/Kwhr. This will be done via the Gite Meter check at the arrival and departure of the tenant.
