The space
OPEN-PLAN LIVING AREA
Located on the first floor, the open-plan living room is spacious in size and flooded with natural daylight. The seating area is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a flat-screen TV. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven and gas hobs. The adjacent dining area can seat up to 8 guests. The room leads out onto the private balcony.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOM
Both bedrooms are spacious in size. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with a cozy double double bed a desk and office chair, an exercise bike and a hanging rail. The bathroom is fitted with a bath tub and waterfall shower, a toilet and a sink. Bathroom essentials are provided, including complimentary initial toiletries, towels and a hairdryer.

The flat boasts a beautiful roof terrace private balcony with outdoor seating that you can enjoy.

Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. One extra night will be charged for late checkout.
The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
A £100 will be applied for late checkout. Please note that a fee of £60 will be charged for call out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. Linen for the sofa bed will be provided and left next to it.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
