We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday, in this rural Abruzzi village, one of a kind.
The historic, three storey, village house was tastefully restored and completed in 2021 to contain lots of modern touches whilst maintaining many of the original features of Italian rural architecture.
The front entrance leads into the modern spacious kitchen with a small balcony for outdoor dining. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.The well equipped kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a coffee machine, freezer and a microwave.
Your hosts provide a welcome pack of essentials.
A beautiful spiral staircase leads down from the kitchen to the master suite with king size bed, seating area with tea and coffee making facilities and a large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, toilet & washbasin
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television, DVD player and internet access from the lounge. This is situated on the top floor with a balcony from where you can sit and take full advantage of the spectacular views of the Abruzzo mountains & Adriatic sea.
The modern indoor dining area seats 6.
There is a sofa bed on this floor which would sleep 2 small children or one adult comfortably.
A second bathroom off the living room provides guests with toilet and shower facilities.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable and there is a washing machine, ironing board & Iron for guests use or you can choose to use the laundry service down the road.
On Corso Umberto there is a butchers, green grocers & convenience store catering for all your immediate needs.The village has 3 bars, 2 small restaurants a takeaway, hairdresser and bank all within a short walk.
Palmoli is steeped in history and at the top of the village it has its own castle, with a museum telling the town’s history. Next to the castle there is a lovely park with children’s play area and spectacular views over the Maiella Mountains.
The village boasts a beautifully decorated 18th centre church dedicated to Saint Valentine.
A short drive away are the neighbouring villages of Dogliola, Liscia, San Buono & Mafalda where you can discover more of the Regional delicacies, such as their Ventricena & Montepulciano wine, within their many agriturismo establishments.
The cosmopolitan, small, historic city of Vasto is 25 minutes drive away with an abundance of shops bars & restaurants along with its beautiful beaches of Vasto Marina.
For something special take a day trip on the ferry to the magical Islands of Tremiti where you can enjoy lunch in one of the restaurants or rent a small boat to explore the coastline and take a swim in the grottoes of crystal clear water. The islands are visible from the house balcony.

- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are parking facilities available outside in the small quiet street that the property is situated
- Small Pets are allowed at the property with an extra cleaning charge.
