Harbour Escapes are proud to offer 'The Coastal Residence' a substantial and recently modernised home situated in an upmarket street in an excellent location with easy access to the beach and local amenities. The house has a gated entrance with parking and a private rear garden with patio and lawn. Large kitchen/family dining area. Cosy snug room, kids tv room, separate games room, fully equipped gym, private study. There are 5 large bedrooms, each with new en-suite bathrooms. Large family suite with two kingsize beds on the top floor. Sleeps 14 guests.

The approach to the house is behind remote controlled gates and the house welcomes you with a beautiful bright and spacious hallway, with high ceilings.

The ground floor flows from the hallway into the main living space, constructed on a grand scale, with underfloor heating. You will find an extensive large, open plan living and dining and kitchen area for all the guests to enjoy time together in this fantastic, bright and airy space. Relax on the cool, comfy sofas or enjoy dinner at the table, there’s also a sit up kitchen breakfast bar with four seats. The kitchen is fitted with Neff, Siemens, Bosch appliances, wine fridge and large American style fridge freezer and is well equipped. The ovens and hob are ideal for cooking for a large party or perfect if you decide to have a private chef to cook for you during your stay. There are two smart TVs, offering a variety of Disney+, Netflix and Amazon Prime to enjoy.

Just off of the main living space is separate utility, housing the separate washing machine and tumble dryer, and an additional sink.

Leading from main family room is the first of two games rooms which will be paradise for the kids (and bigger kids) to hang out with a PS4 and all the latest games, with four controllers to keep them entertained. This leads through to a closed off workspace desk for anyone who needs to catch up with work or play online.

Further games room comprises of a pool table & football table and onwards from here is a gym with a running machine and weights, and a soft padded floor that provides a great spot for exercise & yoga.

An additional cosy reception room, with a large L-shaped sofa, and 75 inch TV provides a further entertaining area if larger groups wanted to break away, and gives a real sense of opulence and luxury.

On the first floor, there are 4 large bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, each has a wall mounted Smart TV to enjoy your favourite Netflix or Amazon Prime. The master bedroom has a Super-king size bed, with luxurious linens, walk-in wardrobe, and a substantially large ensuite bathroom, containing walk-in shower bath tub WC and sinks.

The second bedroom to the rear of the property has a king-size bed with both a bath and separate shower ensuite. The other two bedrooms on this floor have double beds, smart TVs, plenty of hanging space with built-in wardrobes, and ensuite bathrooms with showers.

The next floor up comprises of one large open plan vaulted ceiling bedroom, containing two Double beds, shower en-suite. This room also has a comfy large chair that pulls out to make a twin-size bed if needed.

All bathrooms have shower gels, hand soaps and toilet paper. Bath towels and hand towels, are also provided for each bathroom.

The rear garden is laid out with a newly fitted patio, set up for alfresco dining with rattan table and chairs, a grilling area with gas bbq. The large garden has artificial grass, with a large kids playhouse at the end of the garden, there is also a combination of footballs basketball net and slide to keep the kids entertained whatever the weather.
