Summary:
North Beach House is a 3 bed accommodation finished to a high standard to provide you with that home away from home feel. Absolutely perfect for families or a small group of couples to escape to the award winning beaches that Bridlington has to offer. The house has private parking and a fully enclosed large back garden for the family to enjoy.
The Space:
Living Room - Luxurious cosy living space complete with wood burning stove, free supply of wood and a comfortable sofa bed for extra guests
Kitchen - Large open plan beautifully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, electric fan oven, gas hob, microwave & coffee machine, including underfloor heating.
Dining/Lounge area - spacious open plan area with dining table for 8, a sofa to relax on & underfloor heating.
Laundry/Shower room - washer/dryer, shower, wash basin & toilet and essential amenities provided.
Upstairs Bathroom - Shower with quality towels and essential amenities provided.
Bedrooms - 2 large bedrooms with super king beds which are zip link and can separate into 2 singles and quality linen, ample hanging space, dressing area with mirror & drawer storage. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds which is zip link and connect into 1 king size bed and hanging rail.
Hairdryers provided in the large bedrooms.
Parking - We have an EV charger at the property, you can find information about this within our guest guide.
Internet - Wifi available
Entertainment - Large smart TV.
Log into Netflix/Amazon Prime/NOWTV/Apple TV and Disney+ accounts
Playstation 4 available to use with 2 controllers & a couple of games/DVDS
Board games/books also available for your enjoyment.
There's also G00gle Mini located in the property which you can use via bluetooth.
There is use of an outdoor seating area with garden dining furniture and a large enclosed back garden
BBQ available at your leisure.
You will also have access to outdoor toys for the kids, a Playstation 4 and smart TV and of course you will have the beach right on your doorstep!

North Beach House is perfectly situated to explore the best of Bridlington and its surroundings. Just a short walk from the property, you'll find a Tesco store for all your grocery needs. The house is also within easy walking distance of a variety of dining options, with our personal recommendations available on the dining room blackboard. For beach lovers, North Beach is a mere 5-minute stroll away. Beyond Bridlington, you're ideally positioned to explore the stunning Bempton Cliffs (a 10-minute drive), home to the RSPB seabird sanctuary where you might spot Puffins and dolphins. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy several courses within a 5-mile radius. Entertainment is readily available at the Bridlington Spa, hosting international acts and pantomimes. Explore Sewerby Hall & Gardens, and the beautiful beaches of Fraisthorpe and Cayton Bay (great for surfing and seal spotting). Don't miss the breathtaking chalk cliffs at Flamborough Head and the Danesdyke Nature Reserve. Coastal towns like Scarborough, Filey, and Flamborough are all within an hour's drive, as is the historic city of York, making this a fantastic base for a family holiday.
