Beautiful Georgian House just a few steps from the sea in stunning Port Isaac
Courtenay House is a beautiful Georgian property in the heart of Port Isaac, undoubtedly one of the special treasures of north Cornwall. The fishing village is picturesque and vibrant yet retaining its charm with an abundance of small whitewashed fishermanâs cottages. The village has bespoke shops, cafes and restaurants including the Michelin Star Nathan Outlaw. The village is used as the set for the popular TV series âDoc Martinâ.
- Beautifully refurbished 3-bedroom property with three bathrooms. - Professionally managed. - The garden is currently closed but the house is located just steps from the beach. - Parking is available in a nearby garage, just a short walk away. - To maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we kindly ask that dogs stay off the furniture and are not allowed upstairs.
The cottage was recently renovated and well appointed. Everything was comfortable, clean and fresh and the hospitality service was easy to work with. Juliaâs communications were very thorough and she was responsive to my inquiries. We had a wonderful stay in Courtney House, everything was perfect.
Very homely property. Lovely and clean and everything you could need for your holiday. Parking and unloading tricky in a big car but not a deal breaker. Excellent location for walking to all the restaurants in the village and onto the Coastal path.
