Our property is a traditional stone cottage dating back over 200 years. The cottage has been newly refurbished to give you all the modern amenities combined with a traditional feel.

The cottage has a large superking bedroom with separate bathroom. The main kitchen/living area has a large living space with modern kitchen.


Situated outside the town of Ballymoney with all its convenient amenities and with award winning beaches, world famous tourist attractions and top golf courses just a short drive away. Nestled in a secluded spot with views of green fields and rolling hills, this picturesque Irish stone cottage, with stunning views and peaceful tranquillity is the perfect country getaway for couples wanting to enjoy a romantic and restful weekend or the perfect base from which to explore the beautiful North Coast and Northern Ireland. This traditional cottage has been completely restored to a luxurious finish while maintaining many of its original features.

Access the property via a long, private lane before parking up in the ample off-road parking space. Admire the traditionally pointed stone walls and quirky cottage style of the building before making your way into the modern and spacious interior. Exit via the rear French doors onto your own private decking area complete with seating and a covered private hot tub. Enjoy the large peaceful garden and views of the surrounding countryside – keep an eye out for a range of local wildlife, including hares, squirrels and pheasants!

Inside the property has been styled with an impressive mix of contemporary and traditional. The open-plan kitchen/living space boasts a beautiful fully equipped kitchen area with modern appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge), large comfy sofa, television. The high ceilings create a spectacular, spacious feeling while the exposed stone and original wooden beams offer a rustic character. The modern bathroom comprises quality fittings with a large, walk in shower area. The large bedroom boasts a huge super king size bed, complete with crisp white sheets and comfy pillows, beautiful wall panelling and window seat – perfect to relax and unwind.

Very relaxing everything that was needed was provided for you

The cottage was spotless and very comfortable the hot tub was fantastic I have bad knees and it had the position in it to sit with your legs being stimulated also fantastic Only one thing they did provide a small bottle of milk but this is the first time we never had a welcome pack did feel a bit let down

Conveniently located for our needs in the area. There were just two of us but we noticed two other cottages in the same area that could likely be used if more than 2. After staying busy all day it was nice to return back to a quiet comfortable space.

The cottage was beautiful, clean, it had everything that you should need, washing up liquid, tea towels, every kitchen utensil you should need, we even had a lovely barbecue for dinner. We will definitely be booking again.

A very homey and relaxing place to stay

I like how you are out of the way with quiet surroundings. You can really enjoy a few days away with nothing to disturb you. The cottage is gorgeous and has a very nice cosy and relaxing feel to it. The cottage is equipped with everything you could possibly need and the hot tub has very clear and easy to follow instructions making it very simple to use. Although the cottage has been renovated it still keeps the character of the original building.

Beautiful house, peaceful location. Perfect little getaway for couples or friends

We loved the design and the layout of the house. Was very charming. Had everything you needed in terms of facilities. Hot tub was class. We liked that their is an option to meet the owners or be left alone. Iain and his family have left loads of information about the house, how to work everything and the local takeaways and restaurants, which is very convenient. Will definitely be back.
