Lovely stay.

We had a lovely time with the children. The caravan was lovely and clean, the complex is huge with everything on it you don't really need to leave it unless your going to the beach.

Had a lovely couple of days away with my family Southview Park was lovely the caravan was really nice everything we needed would highly recommend and will definitely be going again.

Good, for on a budget

The property was in a good location on the caravan park how ever on arrival there was still dirty left over cups from previous occupancy on the side.

Our experience

The location and accommodation was perfect. The lounge and kitchen was very good but in relation to the freeze freezer the freezer section was filled with frost. However we did not need to use the freezer anyway. Overall our experience living in the property was very good. Thank you.

2 nights enjoyable stay

Arrived at 5pm. Caravan was clean and tidy. Kids picked the room they wanted and went to play with the ducks outside on the pond under the caravan window. Downside dried blood on matress protector and although kitchen had enough crockery and pans. It did need a large flat baking tray and a couple of dishes. We had to buy 1. Hiring from other than parkdean you have to factor in price of day passes. Would stay again and so would the grandkids lol

Great stay

Check in was simple with the key box outside the caravan. On first inspection the caravan was clean and was great to find games and fishing nets (pond outside the caravan) for the kids. We did need to hack ice from the freezer, needed defrosting really, to get our food in there but the size of the fridge and freezer was great. The kitchen needed some scissors (I left some) and maybe some bbq utensils? Some of the curtains have a little mould in the corners, not too bad though. The Park Dean site the caravan is on is great. Good parks, decent pool, good evening entertainment.......although not cheap but that's to be expected. Overall, we had a great stay and would visit again and stay in this caravan.

Wouldn't stay again

1 of the bathrooms was out of use the whole stay they was suppose to of fixed it but didnt it was dusty had to get someone to come and clean also the shower hose was absolutely awful and rusty we wouldn't use the shower until it got replaced we wouldn't recommend this place.My 5 yr old said it was foul so that says it all i think.The rating needs to be dropped

Southview

The property was as advertised. When making the double bed the mattress cover was covered in stains. The pillow was also covered in stains. I did not use the double bed due to this. Other than this the caravan cleanliness was not too bad. We did however leave a day earlier due to the weather. The lake flooded and we felt it was not safe to stay with the children. I understand this is beyond your control .But the cleanliness of the double bed needs to be addressed.

Caravan lovely.nice location,by pond..park Dean resort was absolutely terrible.

Very comfortable nice clean. Would not stay on that park Dean resort again. Ruined the stay. Due to understaffed, children only aloud 45mins in pool. 40 min wait to get served drinks. You couldn't get a seats at club house,due to having to many caravans on site,clubhouse far to small to cater for the amount of caravans .Staff always on there phones. The clubhouse and bar in fact all of the resort was run by teanagers..very young adults. I had to get refund on our entertainment passes..Had to go to segness every night..Upset the holiday completly ruined our stay..Put caravan in another location,would definitely stay in it again.We as a family thoughly enjoyed our time in the 35morningside.

Beautiful Accommodation, with excellent location

This was my second booking at this place as it’s one of the best caravans I’ve stayed in. It has a nice location as you have the pond right on your doorstep and very close to the amenities. Will definitely book again in the future
