This apartment (130 square meter - sq ft 1400) has everything a holiday residence should have, comfortable living!

The area around it has a pleasant ''industrial'' vibe and is set in a authentic and bustling city which offers plenty of restaurants and terraces with a view on the river “the zaan” which flows to Amsterdam.

Prepare for your daytrip: Amsterdam or the beach (only 20 min) or take a moment and relax on the couch or balcony.

The livingroom offers plenty of space for families or groups for up to 10 persons: there's a huge couch and dinner-table of 3.20 meters long.
The whole apartment provides 145m2 of living space which makes it excellent for a big group.
There's a basic kitchen (including combi-micoweave-oven) that provides you with plenty of cooking utensils and necessities to realize a lovely meal.
There are three large bedrooms providing up to 10 comfortable hotel-quality beds and making it possible to sleep privately.

Room 1: master bedroom offering a kingsized electric bed and two separate beds.

Room 2: offers one double bed and one single bed.

Room 3: offers three single beds.

The livingroom has plenty of rooms and sunshine but also sunshades when neccesary.
From the apartment you can enjoy a free-view outside giving it a spacious feel and you can enjoy sunshine and sunset from the balcony also offering lounge space for up to 10.

There’s a 32 inch television which provides netflix and good WiFi connection to enjoy whenever you wish to relax on the cough.
