Cet incroyable penthouse est situé directement sur le front de mer et la promenade de la baie de Saint-Paul. Il dispose d'une très grande terrasse extérieure avec barbecue et d'une vue imprenable sur la baie de Saint-Paul. Il est situé à proximité de toutes les commodités telles que les magasins, les arrêts de bus, les restaurants. Ce charmant appartement penthouse dispose d'une très grande terrasse extérieure avec barbecue et d'une vue imprenable sur la mer. Il est situé juste en face de la mer et de la promenade de la baie de Saint-Paul.
Il y a également une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite dans l'appartement. Il y a 5 marches basses à l'entrée menant à l'ascenseur. L'appartement est au 6ème étage et est desservi par un ascenseur.
L'appartement dispose de 2 terrasses. La plus grande terrasse mesure 5 m x 3 m et donne sur la baie. Elle est idéale pour bronzer, prendre le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner, un dîner romantique ou simplement se détendre autour d'un verre de vin tout en profitant de la belle vue sur la mer. Veuillez vous référer aux images ci-jointes pour voir la magnifique vue qu'offre cette terrasse meublée de meubles de jardin et d'un barbecue à gaz.
La deuxième plus grande terrasse mesure 5 m x 1,5 m et est orientée sud-est. Ainsi, cette terrasse est idéale pour un couple pour prendre le petit-déjeuner et profiter du soleil du matin.
Ce nouveau penthouse dispose d'une chambre double avec salle de bain attenante et d'une cuisine-salle à manger-salon. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et dans le salon-salle à manger combiné, il y a une télévision avec plus de 1250 stations. L'appartement dispose également d'une machine à laver entièrement automatique.

We had a wonderful stay in malta and this apartment was one of the reasons.
With a breathtaking view over St. Paul's Bay and equipped with everything you need during your vaccation, this apartment is a real recommendation.
But not only that, the owners are wonderfull people that try to help with every question you might have.
We certainly plan to come back.

4/2015 - Nice View and Quiet Location
We loved the terrace and the view of the bay. The rental is fairly well maintained and away from the busier tourist area. The bus stop is directly in front of the apartment. You do not need a rental car as the local drivers are somewhat fast and the bus system is excellent and can g. The gas grill is a nice feature, and there is a local butcher just down the road.

All as described
Very clean and well equipped and ideal for a couple. A taxi met us at the airport as arranged by the owners and we were met at the apartment by Alessandro who advised of all we needed to know. (The lift stops outside the apartment so no humping cases up the last flight of stairs) The location is good with shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance and a very convenient bus stop outside if you don’t want to walk. Overall a very enjoyable 7 days.

Stunning views from great balcony
Stayed in this apartment for four nights in early June. Undoubtedly the main attraction is the spacious private balcony with stunning views over St Paul’s Bay - it was great to have breakfast and/ or drinks throughout the day or evening watching the world go by.
The apartment is simply furnished inside but has everything you would need for a stay - ideal for a couple. It is conveniently located with some restaurants across the road and a beach bar/ restaurant just a few minutes walk away. Easy access to a swimming area also just across the road - ideal to cool down.
The apartment is ideally located to get around Malta on bus - bus stop directly outside apartment - and we found using Uber ideal to get to some further areas like Mdina.
Overall a great apartment and would recommend to others.

Seafront Penthouse with Terrace
Ruth and Neville were fantastic hosts; accessible, accommodating & readily available to answer questions from our initial contact.
We had booked a one bedroom flat but, Ruth and Neville reached out to say that they knew their neighbor was having construction done and would we like to upgrade to a two bedroom with A/C nearby at no additional cost! We even arrived to a welcome package of wine, cheese, meats, bread & milk!
The location was great e.g., far enough away from Buggibba but, close enough to get to if we wanted to. There is a great little restaurant, Pepe Nero nearby, a supermarket, a swimming hole and a beach bar lido. For those that want to stay in, the BBQ on the terrace is the perfect spot to relax!

A lovely little spot!
I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely place. As a solo traveler, it was the perfect size for me. I think a couple could stay there also but I can’t see three people staying there (maybe a child on the couch in kitchen area).
What I loved: Perfectly clean, loved the layout of the space with daylight coming from two opposite directions. The patio and its extraordinary view, off course, over San Paul’s Bay… splendid. The building is quiet and functional (elevator, caddies to take to the supermarket)… the overall location made it easy to Bolt my way everywhere.
The neighborhood could use a few hot spots for a local night out. It is very quiet at night but it felt very safe, which is essential. And although the place is not quite as big as the pictures make it out to be, I felt at home and very “at home” instantly, which is the most important thing I could ask for.
Very good communication with the Manager of the space.
I definitely recommend this place.

Week in St Paul’s bay 19/10/2019
Prior to arrival we were contacted to say that due to potential building work nearby we would be upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was good.
On arrival , cleaning was in progress so we were told to return within the hour which wasn’t a problem as we had to get lunch anyway. We then stocked up at the local convenience store but we were unsure what was left at the apartment ie cleaning products,toiletries, odd condiments or even a welcome pack as was provided to other holiday makers.
There was very little of any of the above but no matter.
Overall, the location was good and the local bus service despite sometimes being erratic was frequent. We grew to really like the St Paul’s harbour area and would not hesitate to recommend the apartment as a good base for a holiday.

Indeed since you arrived at 10:30 in the morning the apartment was not ready. The check in is usually after 15:00hrs however we always try our utmost to accomodate our guests by keeping the luggages for them till the apartment is cleaned and prepared for them and then do the check in much before 15:00hrs so the guests can start up their holiday. It has been a pleasure hosting you and we really hope you will be our guests again!

Underwhelming
The apartment is clean and the caretaker ensures you are comfortable with the neighborhood upon arrival. You are on the main road in Malta with a bus stop in front of the apartment.
After confirming our stay five months in advance, the owners stated there was a mix-up of dates after the back-and-forth and we should come one day later (although he was kind enough to state he would find another arrangement if this could not work). The apartment is sun-soaked without an AC or umbrella for sun shade. We awoke the next morning to find ants in the kitchen - owners were there the same day to remedy that with traps. The grill should be thrown out - it is old and broken down and instead of buying a new one they simply changed a metal sheet on part of it - a sub-par fix. We were trying to connect to the internet to get directions to a museum when we noticed the power was out...without warning. There was no way of contacting the owners without incurring an international fee and roaming fee (which we did). The owners said that is a common occurrence in the neighborhood-thanks for the warning. Additionally, had this happened upon a return from our grocery trip we would have been stuck in the sardine can elevator without a working fan for THREE hours!!
There were no basics in the apartment - no water upon arrival, no fresh sponges to wash dishes, etc. We asked for a bread knife and the owners delivered one the same day. We left behind some water and beer for the next vacationers. Overall, the owners were trying to be accommodating and friendly, but did not meet our standards for a hassle-free comfortable stay.

We appreciate your feedback. It is very important to us that the guests are comfortable during their stay so we ensure to be there instantly when you need us.
This guest had booked a stay in Gozo before coming to Malta and decided to shorten their stay in Malta which therefore mixed up our dates in our system. We tried to accommodate this change of dates as much as possible to ensure a smoother, stress-free stay.
The apartment is clean and bright with nice sea views. July is one of the hottest months in Malta - when pairing this humid climate with uncovered food on table tops and kitchen surfaces ants will appear all over the island so we spray down apartments with insecticide before the guests arrival.
We specifically advertise that there are no air conditioning units in the apartment so guests are fully aware not to expect AC. The Maltese health and safety authorities do not allow us to supply umbrellas to any of our apartments - when it is windy they can blow away and cause severe injury to pedestrians walking below. We provide fans in every room plus there is always a nice sea breeze blowing up off the seafront.
We fixed the grill by replacing the old part that had been damaged by hot sun and salty air.
The power-cut was not our fault. The electrical lines pass from the street in front of the apartment so, when being maintained, the electricity is cut for an hour or two on the whole street without warning, outwith our control.
The elevator is a normal 4 person lift with emergency phone and alarm inside - we will come and rescue you within half an hour.
We are very surprised that you could not contact us - at first point of correspondence with our guests we immediately supply our whatsapp numbers, facebook link, emails and two separate 24/7 emergency phone numbers all free of charge so it strange that you could not contact us.
Unfortunately, the health and safety authorities do not allow food or basics, as you mentioned, to be left in the apartment before a new guest arrives.
As you well mentioned we are always available within 5 to 30 minutes to attend to any problems you may have in the apartment. We will also bring you anything extra at your request to make you trip hassle free.
If you ever return to Malta you are always welcome to stay in one of our apartments :) kind regards, Neville and Ruth

Convenient position and wonderful outlook
1 bed penthouse on the 6th floor with wonderful views overlooking Xemxija Bay and a little harbour. Be warned that the lift only goes to the 4th floor and the stairs to the 6th are narrow and steep. However, when you reach there, the views are lovely. Apartment was lovely and clean and Ruth, the owner, was lovely and helpful and very informative.
Position wise it is ideal. There is a bus stop immediately outside the front door for busses north, one one across the the street for those south. Some excellent restaurants within walking distant and one just across the road (Pepe Nero).
Bus service in Malta is excellent - get a Tallinja bus card, 21 Euro for 7 days to go anywhere on any bus, including Gozo. Traffic can be slow so if in more of a hurry, get a Bolt card for a taxi service. Again, excellent service and very convenient.

Das Apartment ist super schön, fast mit allem ausgerüstet (es gibt aber keine Schere und kaum Putzmittel), dafür jetzt aber eine Kaffeekanne für drei Tassen Kaffee :-) Die Lage ist toll, die Sicht über die Bucht ist klasse. Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Leider ist die Strasse doch arg befahren, so dass man die Abgase auf der Terrasse im 4. Stock riecht. Das war der einzige Wermutstropfen... Kitchen Scissors are part of our standard equipment. The cleaner just found them at the very back of the kitchen drawer. They must have fallen there during your stay or in the previous stay. We could have easily dropped you one in few minutes, as we do have spares to cover anything in an apartment, in our stores and in the 7 vehicles used by our maintenance and host personnel. We would have preferred you sent us a message (we use Whats App, Facebook, Email and Phones - as per "we are listening" notice with all our contact details behind the apartment`s door.).
Busy road: All seafront properties in Malta have a main road in-front of them. So the it is impossible to have nice views and bus stop just outside your door without having some traffic passing. This road serves only local traffic as all other heavy traffic passes from a new bypass highway away from the area the apartment is located in. It is not normal to smell exhaust from a seafront property at the 4th floor. Probably the wind direction and high humidity have contributed to feel this. Malta`s prevailing winds blow from the West and thus away from the building. A very small percentage (5%) the wind lows in direction of the buildings facade. The government has these past few years embarked in a mission to be on the forefront to help the diffusion and changing old cars to electric cars and low emission vehicles which should help Malta`s environment.
GetawaysMalta Holiday Accommodation is also committed towards this direction. We buy only appliances that are energy efficient and we have just replaced a diesel car to an new green GPL vehicle, while nearly all other vehicles are euro 5 and euro 6.

Schönes Apartment über den Dächern von Malta
Lage sowie Zustand des Objektes super! Genug Parkplätze sowie eine Bushaltestelle befinden sich vor der Haustür. Kontakt mit den Vermietern lief sehr nett und komplikationslos.
Highlight des 7-Tägigen Aufenthaltes war die versteckte, traumhafte Badebucht auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite.
Als Verbesserungspotenzial würden wir eine Klimaanlage und ein weicheres Bett im Schlafzimmer sehen.

Quiet part of St Pauls bay
The property is in a good position overlooking the bay with a bus stop right outside. Just across the road is a very good and reasonably priced restaurant called Pepe Nero. The apartment itself was very clean and stocked with everything needed for a week's stay. However, the bed and the settees were very uncomfortable so we found it difficult to relax. Also, the front balcony gets limited sun. The owners provided milk, cheese, ham, bread, milk, water and wine which was a nice touch and although we didn't need any assistance while there, they made it clear they would be available if needed. An information pack would be very helpful informing nearest shop, bus numbers as names are not in English, places of interest, restaurants etc

As you well say the apartment is located right infront of the sea and thus it has wonderful seaviews as in the pictures. Charmerende lejlighed med en dejlig stor terrasse. Udsigt til mindre fiskeleje.
Velfungerende lejlighed - fin indretning med gode muligheder for selv at lave mad.
Specielt terrassen brugte vi meget, da den ligger ugenert og har en pragtfuld udsigt.
Udlejer skal have ros for god service, bl.a. bestilling af transport til og fra lufthavn.

Excellent place to stay!
Great place. The location was amazing with the bus stops right outside the front door. The restaurant across the street is amazing. Neville and Ruth made sure we were taken care of by contacting us throughout the week to make sure we were ok to arranging transportation to and from the airport to having someone greet us when we arrived. We would stay here again and for sure refer others as well.

BREATH TAKING
Clean and modern, two good sized bedrooms and modern shower room.
Terrace with breathtaking views on another more relaxed way of life in the quiet harbour. BBQ to use on balmy evenings and modern washing machine out there too.
Breathtaking view does not mean breathless climb, as modern lift there too.
Shopping trolley downstairs for the short trip to the convenience store.
Bus stop either side of the road makes Valetta and mdina 1 euro 50 away.
Neville and Ruth are fantastic hosts from airport transfers to booking comino and blue lagoon trips door to beach!
Very good value for money and TV channels too.

I could advice everyone to visit the island of Malta, and if you do so, take the apartment of Neville is and Ruth at St.Paul's bay... everything was just perfect for us, we did not only find a very well equipped apartment, but also a owner that was only one whatsapp away for any kind off question.. the view was better then we hoped for; an emerald sea at day, harbour lights at night... it gas a big balcony, with a bbq, that we used the eat the best fish I ever had:-) in front of the building is a bus stop, the busses are taking you all over the island, but sometimes the were a bit overloaded:-) we came in late at evening, at our surprise we found some items for breakfast and a bottle of delicious wine.. a big compliment to Neville!! Highly recommended!! Value for money!

Great vacation
I spend 1 week with my husband and my 8 years old son in Ruth & Neville’s apartment. We were supposed to arrive on Saturday but Neville was expecting us on Sunday. Therefore there happened a mistake in the reservation. Neville asked us to stay one night in another apartment, but in the same house. It was just the second floor instead of the penthouse. So this was absolutely no problem for us. As a compesation we received a boat trip to Comino from Neville. Thank you for that! This was a great trip and comino is very nice. The next day after arrival we moved to the penthouse, which is a little bit smaller than the flat in the second floor because of the roof terrace. From there you have a perfect view on the St. Paul’s bay. Very nice. But the apartment in the second floor was from my point of view nicer and more comfortable. As you can see on the pictures in the description of the apartment, the furnishing is a bit older but totally ok for a holiday. Everything was clean and especially the service and communication with Neville and Ruth was perfect!

Glad you had a nice time in Comino during the boat trip :) As you well say, the Harbour Lights apartments are overlooking the sea and the views are amazing. The Penthouse is smaller internally because it has only one bedroom and a large outside terrace. The apartment is bigger internally because it has 2 bedrooms and a balcony (instead of a terrace). Yes, it is always a pleasure to remain in contact with our guests during their stay and we are here to ensure that they have a lovely relaxing holiday. Top floor apartment with sizeable terrasse offering stunning views across the harbour
Good size apartment with all the crockery and cuttlery needed to cook decent meals including oven cooker + microwave oven, comfortable bedding, adequate bathroom with shower + toilet and a great outdoor living area with a gas BBQ.
St Paul's Bay is a town therefore be prepared to put up with the usual city living nuisances (traffic noise, building work) however it has its own charm and is ideally located to explore the rest of Malta. For those who enjoy walking, there is a fantastic heritage trail to explore 15-20mn walk from the apartment on the other side of the harbour which is dotted with pre-historic landmarks as well as a Roman apiary! It leads you on to a deserted fort built by the British in the late 30's offering stunning views across the bay + North of the island as well as over Comino and Gozo.
Now the absolute PLUS is the service offered by Neville and his team which is second to none! From taxi transfers to arranging tour bookings thanks to great communication links (Facebook, Whatsapp) all you need to do is ask and you get an answer within minutes! We were on a late flight and waiting for us were a couple of bottles of water along with bread, butter, ham and cheese to make ourselves a sandwich in case we were hungry.
There is a bus stop right outside the apartment but to be honest, just hire a car as you will be able to park it on the street. You will get to see more of the island and I wouldn't recommend Malta's buses anyway. They're cheap, but they are way too infrequent and jam packed.
I would definitely recommend a stay at Harbour Lights Penthouse Apartment. You really can't beat their highly attentive service.
