This beachfront luxury apartment is furnished to a very high standard, overlooking the pool area and has its own private terrace with additional outside table, 4 chairs and easy access to the shared swimming pool. Sun terraces surround the pool in a landscaped garden area. It is located within a gated complex with 24 hour security. This apartment consists of one bedroom with twin beds, one bathroom, with marble floors throughout the apartment. All bedlinen and towels are provided. Fully tiled bathroom with powerful shower over bath and WC. Living room with high quality furniture including double sofa bed, with LCD TV, showing free view Spanish channels and DVD. Relax on the beautiful sandy beach with plenty of bars, shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. High quality kitchen fully fitted with all appliances including heating and air-conditioning unit throughout.

Apartment review

Secure access, smallish but ample for 2. Clean and tidy and adjacent to swimming pool. 3 minutes from beach and beach bar. Over a mile to the main Square but lovely walk down the paved promenade with plenty of Cafe stops on the way. 20 minutes walk to Supermarket. Recommend if you dont mind a bit of exercise.

Peaceful getaway

Just returned from our first visit to this area. Great communication from the owner all the way through. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable giving tips about the area etc. Responded to our questions really quickly. The apartment had everything we needed. It is on the ground floor with a patio area right near to the communal pool and garden area. Only a short walk from the beach which was nice and quiet during the week. If you enjoy water sports it is only a 5 min walk to the busier section of the beach offering kite surfing etc. You can walk or cycle on the flat seafront promenade for miles. Lots of places to eat nearby and also all amenities within walking distance or a short drive, if you prefer. Security staff on site were all really helpful and friendly. It isn’t obvious from the listing how well situated the apartment is and the pictures don’t do justice to the beach, the Mar Menor or the nature reserve which are all on the doorstep. Easy access to the main roads leading to all the surrounding towns. The only small thing is that in our opinion the apartment is ready for an update but that is our preference and didn’t affect our stay at all. We have had a great break and hope to return soon.

Nice property by the pool

Had really good communication and information from Ali . Apartment was clean and right next to the Spinosa and Mar Menor. Restaurants and bars all good in Los Alcazares.

Agradable apartamento cerca la playa

El apartamento es lo que promete. Está en una urbanización con control de acceso. La piscina está justo delante y además la zona de kitesurf y windsurf queda al lado. La cocina y el baño están muy bien y las camas y el sofá cama son cómodos. No tiene persianas. Volvería a alquilarlo.

Great apartment

Lovely apartment, might be a bit of a squeeze for 4, but for me and my husband it was great. Really was on the beachfront, where we sunbathed every day. Might be an idea to have an info file giving visitors useful information on bars, restaurants, shops, markets, atm's, tourist train details etc etc. Apartment was well stocked and maintained. All in all a great find. A BIG thank you xx

Nice apartment

Apartment fully equipped and the beach club was very nice with a high level of security. Being so close to the sea and beach was a big bonus. We found the location OK because we like to walk, other may find it a little remote. The supermarket is about 15 minutes walk and the center where all the restaurants are is about 25/30 minutes walk. We in fact likes the walk in the evening and found it very pleasant. We would stay there again without hesitation

Good location

Apartamento muy bien situado , zona muy tranquila

La urbanización está muy chula y es muy tranquila, al apartamento para mi gusto le faltan las persianas para cuando empieza a amanecer poder seguir durmiendo y sartenes y cacerolas que estén en buenas condiciones, por lo demás muy bien , el propietario muy amable al dejarnos salir del apartamento el último día a la hora que quisiéramos

Apartment in a lovely setting

Well maintained apartment in a lovely settling, our girls loved the pool, 2 minute walk to the beach with a trendy beach bar. The apartment was 15 minute from the supermarket which was hard in the heat and so glad we hired a car. Also enabled us to explore the Mar Menor with ease. Lovely chilled holiday thank you.

Lovely holiday

Just spent 2 relaxing weeks in the apartment. Lovely and quiet, great pool, practically on the beach. The aircon was brilliant and the apartment is modern, clean and well fitted out. It's near the airport, which was great for us with kids and the benefit is watching the military jets doing their air displays! The road train to the old town is brilliant and well worth using.

Fabulous apartment, fantastic location, beautiful resort

The apartment is modern, clean, extremely comfortable and thankfully has brilliant AC. The kitchen is really well equipped, large fridge/freezer so for those who like to self cater, you can get well stocked up. There is a bar/grill just outside the apartment complex but we loved to venture further, as it is so close to the beach, the walk from there is brilliant. You can rent bikes and trikes which are prefect for venturing further. In the town there is “the strip” which has a large range of restaurants and bars. Don’t be too concerned it being close to the airport, not that busy and mainly morning time with only about 4 planes and maybe a couple in the evening. With that in mind and only 5 mins from the airport, you can enjoy your holiday right up to the last minute before you have to leave. Apartment was perfect for us, nice and quiet, pool just off the terrace but if we wanted to get out, not far to go. Highly recommend.

We have just returned from a lovely two-week stay in this well equipped apartment it is situated very close to the beach, great for water sports I drove from England the gated complex provided ample car parking I will be making a return visit at some point.

Stayed 11 nights in this lovely clean and well equipped apartment, with gorgeous pool and right by the beach. Nice and quiet time of the year we often shared the beach with only one or two people till the kite surfing people arrived in the afternoon. Pure relaxation just what we wanted. Spinosa bar was just outside the complex and the staff there were very friendly and helpful. Gorgeous scenery and lovely walks. Our little paradise. We are back next year to get married loved it so much. Thanks Ali x my son and his girlfriend are going in September too.

A Great 10 Days

Went to the above apartment for 10 days just after Xmas and its everything that the owner claims. We used it as a base as we went touring by car. The plus points are: Leaving Murcia airport you could be on the beach in 5 mins. Apartment was warm and comfortable with British TV channels if you fancied staying in. You just walk through the complex to a brilliant beach and a fabulous promenade which takes you to the town centre. Negative points are: Might be a bit of plane noise during summer season but we were told airport closes at 10pm. Apartment is shaded by large palm trees. I don't know whether this could be an advantage or disadvantage during the summer months. In conclusion, I think the apartment was well worth the money we paid. Go on, give it a try.
