'Church View' is a charming and well presented Grade II Listed Victorian house with lovely original features in the conservation area of Sandwich. Situated in the heart of this beautiful and historic town on the river and close to the sea. It is easy to get about on foot to access all shops, pubs and restaurants. Ideal for a relaxing break, and great for visiting the East Kent coastline. Next door to 'Goats that Dance' coffee shop and opposite the stunningly beautiful St Peter's Church.
The hosts were very accommodating when booking and asking questions as well helping us change the day of check in. This house was absolutely perfect for me and my family. We had 3 adult couples stay at this property for a wedding. The house had everything we needed for our stay. It was in a fantastic location near shopping and restaurants. There was plenty of parking within walking distance.
A very relaxing break in a lovely well equipped house. Very clean and plenty of sanitizer and cleaning products supplied, which we appreciated.
Very friendly and helpful responses to any queries. Would happily stay again / couldnât fault it.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Sandwich. The house was in a great central location and exactly as described, very comfortable with everything we needed and spotlessly clean. The host Lindsey was also super helpful, answering all our queries quickly.
Favourite beaches were Sandwich Bay (nice and quiet and easily walkable in about 45 mins) and Deal for a proper day at the seaside. We also had a day in Folkestone, travelling there by train as the train station is so convenient.
Weâve never been to the Kent coast before and had a great week. Sandwich is a beautiful little town and a perfect base for exploring the area. Would highly recommend the property.
Three of us were in town for some golf. The place was perfect for us and could have been fine for 4 because one room has twin beds. Good showers and comfortable beds. Nice location in heart of Sandwich. Owners very nice and good communicators.
