Converted from the original orchard store the property offers a private secluded patio with views over the Taw and Torridge estuary. It is only a 5 min walk from Braunton village, where there is a fantastic range of shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes that suit every taste! Barnstaple is a fifteen minute drive or a pleasant level cycle along the Tarka trail. Fantastic beaches are within a short drive which are well known for surfing or just splashing around! With rugged Exmoor close by.
A lovely little property which is furnished to a high standard and perfect for a couple. The friendly owners live next door and had provided a starter pack of milk, tea, coffee and biscuits plus a bottle of wine on our arrival. This was much appreciated! We have no complaints at all. Just one comment - a hairdryer would have been useful but wasn't really an issue for us. Thank you to Tracy and Kevin - hope to see you again.
Excellent. Lovely clean homely house. Was over & above what we expected. Lovely couple who own it were just next door itâs was a pleasure to meet them and stay here
The host made us very welcome. The cottage is nicely decorated and very clean, the kitchen is well equipped with plenty of storage space, perfect for a couple. Quiet location with parking right outside and lovely views from the sunny patio. Easy walk to Braunton, Tesco and to the beach at crow point or across the burrows via sandy lane. Spent a wonderful relaxing week here and slept soundly in the comfy king size bed.
Spotlessly clean, lovely welcome and beautiful views all make this a lovely place to spend days in Devon. We enjoyed cycling, body boarding, walking and relaxing around Braunton. Thank you very much!
Lovely little cottage, very modern and clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable and lovely views from the little patio area. Quiet location, just a 10 minute stroll into the village with shops, bars and restaurants. Plenty to do and see, just a short drive away. Would highly recommend!
