Great Location, run down facilities and terrible communication

One had to chace the agency (fewo-direkt is only a broker charging 15% for use of their website; with lousy chatbots and badly programmed KI there is no help at all to be expected when needed; wondering if real people are working there - no chance to get a phone number!) for payments (!!) - if there would not have been a second contact number of them (ELRONDAGUAL - certainly never again) which we coincidentally found (the lady LLESINA was exceotionally helpful and considerate even though not being in charge - she just took care, so five stars for her as a person) we would have been lost with the provided phone number and the person in charge: Queen CAMILA from Elron Villas, never reachable by phone, never, arrogant and negligent. Less customer service hardly experienced, commencing with an incredibly complicated (since very old, like the facilities) web check-in system which cost us 3 days to manage. Otherwise she refused to provide the simple code for the key box.Facilities: run down, skimming phase. Paint coming off the walls, electrical installations partly dangerous. Not a single smoke detector working. Despite advertising "air con" one would have to pay 50 per day extra would you want to use it (fraud!). Same accounts for a heater (according to Queen CAMILA) - so we had to buy one ourselves. All in all: great location and view, lousy service and run-down facilities. If you want to have true and nerve-saving holidays stay away from Elron Villas.Pics not uploadable!

Très belle propriété au panorama incroyable

Nous avons adoré le site au bout de routes escarpées et la maison très vaste. Seul bémol : manque d'éclairage (ampoules peu puissantes ) et un aspirateur pour le ménage ne serait pas superflu. La piscine chauffée est un vrai must ! Beau lieu de vacances en famille.

Finca mit grandioser Aussicht

Die Finca hat einen wunderschönen Aussenbereich mit tollem Pool. Die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich schön! Ein Auto ist hier auf jeden Fall nötig aber man ist in 10 Minuten den Berg runter gefahren und es ist alles sehr zentral erreichbar. Der Innenbereich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es könnten mal ein paar Verbesserungen vorgenommen werden. Die Hellhörigkeit ist jedoch extrem. Wir waren zu viert (2 Paare) und man muss sich schon sehr gut kennen bei dieser Geräuschübertragung 😉 besser für Familien geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermittlungsagentur ist von Mo – Fr. super, am Wochenende braucht man etwas Geduld aber sehr nett und auch kulant. Wir haben unseren Urlaub an diesem schönen Platz sehr genossen.

Good villa

Good villa, nice weather! Only the Toyota was not avalaiable, also the dishwasher was not fully functional. But the view was amazing!

A quiet week

I had a very quiet and relaxing week in this huge and calm property. The self check-in process is very convenient. I spent long moments on the large terrace with its incredible view of the ocean and the island of La Gomera. It was a windy week, but there is always a spot on the property to be sheltered from the wind. I will certainly consider this property again for next time I go to Tenerife.

Not worth the money

Being 10 minutes up the mountain it was really cold, in january , windy and dull. I always go to tenerife in january as i like temp between 20-25 however when your up the mountain the weather is somewhat different. The way the sun comes up over the mountain and where the garage is situted means that the pool area of garden doesnt get sun untill around 1pm which is a pain. we also had to pay to heat the pool for a week and it was only luke warm even with heater and cover pulled over every time we weren’t using it. When your head was out the water it was freezing. The next problem for us was the hot water in the house .there were 7 in our party 3 adults and four children. In the morning we would shower the children really quick and still by the time the 5-6-7 person gets to shower it was freezing cold this was a real problem for me as i like two showers a day back home nevermind in 20 degree heat. When i called the agent they came out and said they had never had this problem even with 14 people staying at the house last time but this is impossible or they must not have used showers also i think he was exadurating as theres no way 14 people could stay at the house unless they slept on floors . The house cleanliness was not very good either there was dust everywhere inside the house all around the edges of the rooms bathrooms and edges of the beds. But the house is so big it would probably cost alot to thoroughly clean the place. The shower in the onsuit down stairs was unusable as it floods the bathroom. Also the drainage in this bathroom smells really bad . There is bins in the bathrooms for used tissue paper which we all found very disgusting and smelly. Even with changing the bins every day and having to put them smelly bin bags in the car as the bin is approx 100 yards down the mountain. The next major problem we experienced was the road works. We arrived early hrs friday morning so friday through sunday was fine but come monday we left the house to go to the beach to find the sun and we were greeted by work man half way down the hill to be told the road was close 9am-5-6pm so i found another route on my maps on the iphone this took us best part of 45minutes zig zagging up the mountain on the worst roads ive ever driven on to get back down to the bottom of the hill which takes nomore that 5 minutes the normal route. I asked the agent if there was a quicker way around they said no.

A delightful villa in a beautiful and secluded location overlooking the coast.

This wonderfully spacious and comfortable villa, set in a secluded location looking down on the coast, was everything we had hoped for and more. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the car was a great added bonus. Thoroughly recommended for a perfect holiday.

Fantastic!!!

Amazing villa with amazing views and great location! We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious and well equipped villa. Villa is situated at great location, close to motorway and not far drive to the beach. Villa itself very spacious, we stayed 6 adults and 4 children. Everything was perfect only one thing that if you sleeping downstairs you can hear everything what’s happening upstairs. Other then that definitely recommend!

Outside great. Inside needs upgrade and proper sewerage disposal.

There was no welcome pack. Half a toilet roll in each bedroom. Lighting was old and dark. Dishwasher didn't work properly. Not enough cutlery or utensils. Had to put bottom wipes in bin which we found very off-putting and smelly. It was cold at first and there was no heating or air conditioning available as remotes were missing. Main bedroom shower unusable as it flooded bedroom. Beds too small. On the plus side the views and outside areas were fantastic. Pool area and pool great.

Very pleasant stay!

We had a relaxing stay in a great house for a family vacation (5 people). For a different use (vacation with friends) the house is perhaps a bit too clairaudient. The house was quiet and well equipped. Arrival and takeover of the rental car worked without any problems. The outdoor area with pool left nothing to be desired. Larraitz (employee of the owner) has informed us about everything and was always available during our stay for questions and requests. Thanks a lot for this!

A truly fantastic villa in an ideal location

This villa is fabulous..it is spotlessly clean and well maintained. it has everything you could want for your stay... the owner was also integral in making our 7 nights run perfectly , giving us great info on places to go in an evening and letting us know we could get a food delivery ..also the transfers arranged were perfect and we then used them throughout the weekend...i would definitely stay here again!!!!

LOVELY HOUSE WITH POOL AND CAR INCLUDED!!!

Our holidays were AMAZING. The house was as described on the website. The location of the house was very good, you have the best views of the south of the Island and other three islands. The property was very clean and well maintained. We use a lot the swimming pool and the swimming pool area, the weather was amazing. The owner was always available for all our questions. The car included was very helpful for our trips. We recommend this house to everybody who wants to be in a peaceful place and just 5 minutes from the town of Adeje, and 10 minutes from Las Americas.

THE BEST PLACE,AMAZING VIEWS,PEACEFUL!!!!

We booked this property for our holidays. There were just three adults staying, so we benefited from having so much space. The house is very well equipped,very big, spacious . So we were lucky to have a bedroom each - all of which enjoyed great views from the front of the house. The house benefits from being incredibly private - surrounded by mountains and with views of the sea and La Gomera and El Hierro Islands in the distance. There is some very comfortable outdoor furniture at the front of the house to have breakfast or enjoy lunch. We loved eating outdoors under the stars . The house is in a very good location,15 min of Las Americas and 8 from the beach!!!!! It was the perfect place for a relaxing holiday . WE VERY MUCH HOPE TO RETURN!!!

AMAZING HOUSE !!!

I've been traveling to Spain every year for my birthday for the past six years. I've always stayed with friends. This year I decided to rent a house and have my friends stay with me to celebrate. I found this AMAZING HOUSE on Homeaway and instantly fell in love with the pictures. But the pics don't do this wonderful home justice. It really is a beautiful oasis nestled into the hills of Adeje (Just 5 min by car to main town). The views of the city are amazing from the living room and outdoor deck area. You can see the ocean, the south of Tenerife, The island of La Gomera, El Hierro, La Palma ... The kitchen is huge and fully stocked... a dream for home cooks. Oh the gardens... are so beautiful and lead you up another hill where the pool area is .... you'll fall over at the views once you're up there. There are 4 huge bedrooms. The one upstairs opens up to the huge living room. We sat outside, grilled, drank, cooked and just enjoyed the beautiful home, scenery and simply relaxed. The owner is right when he says you'll never want to leave! My friends and I all hugged and almost cried the day we had to leave this home away from home. I can't recommend this house enough. The owner is very attentive and answers all your questions quickly. He also lives right up the hill.... so if you ever need anything, he's there. Thanks to the owner and his Oasis for making this birthday celebration the best !!! P.S: I AGREE WITH ALL OTHERS 5 STARS REVIEWS !!!

THE BEST RENTAL HOUSE !!!!

Loved staying at this house!!! Easily the best rental houses I've stayed at in my many travels. Everything was immaculate and highly organized. Loved the open floor plan in the living room / kitchen area and really enjoyed sunsets out on the terrace. The pool is just amazing, big enough for our group and having sun during the whole day. The car included was a bonus, it was in perfect conditions!! House came equipped with everything I needed including high end W/D, satellite TV, and high-speed Wifi. Highly recommend this beautiful property and will definitely book again. Owners were also a pleasure to work with!

Everything was perfect. The villa is brand new, very well equipped to the highest standards. You will have everything waiting for you. INTERNET works very good !! The villa has marvellous views to THE SOUTH OF THE ISLAND AND THE ISLAND OF LA GOMERA, ALSO YOU CAN SEE LA PALMA AND EL HIERRO. The CAR INCLUDED was FANTASTIC. In return you will have unspoiled tranquillity. LALA was extremely helpful with recommendations of local restaurants (all very good!) Will definitely come back to Tenerife this year !!!

BEST CHOICE EVER !!!

Firstly let me take some time to compliment the owner on making this such a stress free process. The communication prior to our trip from Australia took away a lot of the hassles you often get with booking accommodation on another part of the world you are not so familiar with. Secondly the description and photos totally matched reality and this really was a fabulous place to stay. The place was tidy spacious and just had everything you need. We were 3 families meeting up from Australia, UK and USA with 6 adults and 2 young boys. Everyone was catered for. Great house, clean, safe, spacious and very comfortable rooms. The house has everything to live in it. The layout of the kitchen, dining room and living room allow a good integration of our group. The location is another differential, quiet place, quiet neighborhood, near COSTA ADEJE and everything anyone could need. We were lucky to spend our vacations in the house. The biggest differential was the attention of the owner. Always helpful and prepared for unforeseen situations. Makes staying in the home something very easy and enjoyable. Is not so simple, he prepared the house for it. PS: I AGREE WITH ALL OTHERS 5 STARS COMMENTS !!

Perfect for our large group !!!!

This property was perfect for our large group of 4 adults and 4 kids. Not only did we really enjoy the close proximity to Costa Adeje, but with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large sized and open livingroom/diningroom/kitchen area, there was plenty of space for everyone. We made full breakfasts and dinners for the entire group each day and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. There was also plenty of space in the kitchen to store all the food that we brought so that was very nice too. The property is clean and well-maintained. There were plenty of towels for everyone and there are extra sheets and blankets for the roll-away beds. Everything from the Internet, BBQ, swimming pool, fireplace, and television inside was great and worked perfectly! The view of the house and the sunset at night are just AMAZING !!!! We would definitely recommend this property and we will return again !!!!

The property exceeded my expectations !!

The property exceeded my expectations. The home was perfectly outfitted, clean, maintained and secure. My children and I stayed for seven days. We visited from out of the country, and the home was perfect for family and friends to gather, relax, and let the kids play and swim. The home had all the amenities, with exceptional taste and organizations. The location was very pleasant, the neighborhood quite and secure. The property owner was extremely helpful, professional and engaging. Wow! Kitchen has every conceivable utility tool. Outdoor BBQ was top quality, and we used most every evening. The pool was perfect, and was beyond what I expected, and perfectly maintained. The home is perfect place to enjoy the outdoors. I highly recommend this property if your looking for space for 8-10 people, outdoor sharing, and cooking meals, and playing games together. A sleeping place, this home is far more than that. I'm planning future Adeje to trips, and this home will be my home away from home! Thank you for the unique blessing we found in ADEJE!
