This unique apartment is located right at the sea and just 5 km from historic town Dubrovnik old city. It includes a private beach with an amazing sunset and horizon view. Space where our guests enjoy to stay with our staff available to help them informed.

Our spacious apartments are fully equipped with: Private Beach, barbecue facilities, Terrace, Air Conditioning, TV, Kitchen, Bathrooms, Mini Bar, Private Parking Space, WI-FI.
Boat rental services are available, and excursions to nearby islands can be arranged as well. Catering can be arranged as well.

Great property and location

We loved the location of this property right on the water. One day during our stay, we rented a boat with driver, and he was able to pick us up right at the apartment's private beach. The place itself was very comfortable and enjoyable. We will have to remind ourselves to pack more lightly next time, because our luggage was too large to take it down 3 stairs. :) The property had 2 showers which was excellent. We only stayed there for 2 days, and we spent most of our time outside of the apartment, but when we did we loved it! it is conveniently located within a 15-minute drive to Dubrovnik. The property owners were very kind and helpful. I had a last-minute request for a boat rental, and they were able to accommodate it within minutes. It turned out to be a fantastic experience! All in all, I would highly recommend it.

Stunning Adriatic Sea View

The apartment is difficult to find because you really can't see it as you're driving down the street. I contacted Dario regarding the checkin process and he provided me with his number and the number of his family and said to call once we arrived so someone could meet us. The complex is built into a hillside and we were on the very bottom floor (quite a few stairs, but they weren't too bad - just something to keep in mind for people who have difficulty climbing stairs). The views on all the levels were amazing and on the floor level we were right on the beach (like you see in the picture). Dario's brother, Mario, met us and he showed us the property and where to park and offered to help us with our luggage. He then offered us a welcome drink - we had a local Croatian wine and fresh squeezed mandarin juice his mother had prepared that morning. He was very welcoming and it was a very nice touch. The inside of the apartment is as pictured with 2 bedrooms (both have windows of the sea although there are shutters, but you can still see the beautiful view), 2 bathrooms, and a small kitchen/dining area that is in the interior and doesn't have any windows. There isn't any kind of living room with a couch, but with such a beautiful set up outside we wouldn't have wanted to sit inside anyway. The basics were provided, even paper towels and shampoo/body wash packets. You will find checkout details in a booklet on the kitchen table. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Superbe séjour dans cet endroit paradisiaque, les pieds dans l'eau. La propriétaire est aux petits soins et est très accueillante. Nous y reviendrions sans aucune hésitation.

Beautiful location right by the sea

We ( a family of 4) stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was right by the sea. The apartment is simple but very clean and it had everything we needed during our stay. ( equipped kitchen, clean towels and sheets, use of washing machine) Neda, the owner, is the most loving and caring host you can find. She always made sure we had everything we needed and I really enjoyed our chats. Paulo, her grandson manages the bookings and he has been very easy to communicate and organise our stay. The location is perfect for a quiet stay in busy Dubrovnik, which is only a few minutes drive away and also a great starting point for exploring the beautiful coast and neighbouring countries. I would say that a car is advisable to reach the apartment and to get around unless you only stay in Dubrovnik. The best part of the apartment is the terrace right above the water with stair access into the sea and the amazing sunsets. I would recommend this place to everyone planning to visit this part of Croatia. We had a fantastic stay.

Absolutely perfect! Great location outside of Old Town.

Our unit was right on the water, with a beautiful patio and amazing views. It was super clean and recently renovated with A/C in all rooms (2 bed/2 bath, kitchen/eating area) We could easily taxi into Old Town for about $15, as parking was difficult. Our hostess was the most welcoming, thoughtful and endearing woman I think I've ever met! She brought us fresh eggs, delicious, homemade fig jam and just-picked cherries for our first morning. Oh, and welcomed us with a bottle of wine when we arrived. I can't say enough! I would return in a heartbeat!

tolle Lage der Unterkunft und herzliche Vermieter

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Quartier war etwas schwierig zu finden, aber wir haben es dann geschafft;-). Die Lage ist unbeschreiblich schön, direkt am Meer. Tolle Sonnenuntergänge garantiert. Die Vermieter kümmern sich sehr herzlich und vereinbaren auch Termine, Pizzaservice etc. Leider hatte die Konoba schräg gegenüber geschlossen und in unmittelbarer Nähe ist Nichts! Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und sind dann gefahren. Bus fährt auch, aber die Zeiten haben uns nicht zugesagt. Taxi ist auch möglich. Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Dubrovnik.

Beautiful place and a lovely owner

Great location, right at the sea; you could just jump into the water from your terrace. Nice bay with ships passing by and a beautiful sunset. When hiring a boat, it picks you up at the terrace. Paulo is a great host and answers all questions. The house is owned by Neda who lives there with her husband. Of all, we will miss them the most for Neda is such a lovely and warm person. She helps with everything and makes great arrangements, and above all she is so kind and friendly. As is her husband, who is also friendly and helpful. Thanks for everything and we hope to see you again. Two minor suggestions; guests should use mosquito spray and may be one or two extra parasols would be useful. The 3 island boat trip Neda arranged was very nice with barbecued meal on board, the fish was good. Eating at the Konoba at 30m from the house was very good also. Low prices so we went there several times. To go to Dubrovnik taking a taxi is suggested (cost about 130 kuna). For shopping you should need a car but with taxi is cheap and good also. We stayed for 12 days. Water shoes are useful (if you touch the sea bottom). Closing this review with again thanking Paulo for service and Neda and her husband for all help and kindness! We had a lovely stay.

Leiligheter med fantastisk beliggenhet helt i sjøkanten

Leiligheter med god standard i utkanten av Dubrovnik. Her kan du stå opp, gå ett par skritt og hoppe i krystallklar sjø. Panoramautsikt til cruise trafikken - rett ved innseilingen. Vertinnen er vennligheten selv og er til stede for sine gjester ved behov. En liten restaurant rett over veien fra leiligheten som serverer enkle men gode retter. Litt lang vei til nærmeste butikk. Er du ute etter en rolig og fredelig ferie er dette stedet for deg.

Perfection

It is impossible to find a better accommodation in a better location with a better host anywhere else in the world than here. Everything was absolutely perfect. A most relaxing atmosphere existed with the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic literally just a few paces away from our doorstep. Words cannot fully describe the natural beauty that surrounds you as you relax on the private patio soaking in the warmth of the sun. Conversing to Needa truly enhanced the dreamlike experience as she is the most friendly and generous host. Our stay was pure perfection.
