The property is in an excellent location for us, we had planned to do some coastal walking and not use the car, so walking to different locations during our stay. Just as well really as there are a lot of road closures and diversions in the area due to long term works taking place. This did not impact us but some holiday makers may find it a real issue. The accomodation is in a quiet secluded spot and very tranquil, allowing guests to enjoy the local wildlife around the place, for us, perfect.

Cottage was well equipped. It was in lovely quiet area, good for wildlife spotting. Within walking distance of Minsmere and coast. Village pub excellent but no other facilities in village....make sure to take food or nearest shops Leiston. We had a lovely week although weather was good and we could spend time outside.

Very comfortable for 2 people and lovely area to explore

Very comfortable property for 2 people and a good base to explore the area. Very relaxing setting - a good night sleep is guaranteed! The property itself had all the amenities you need for a short break stay. However the shower could be brought up to a modern standard state.Apart from that all was good!

Calm and well located

Really lovely outbuilding on a quiet farm. Near to a village pub and a short drive to grocery shops. The owners are lovely with perfectly balanced attention. Nature abounds. Suffolk is more than a North London escape spot, but be ready for the local prices that comes with!

Holiday in Suffolk

The cottage is in a very peaceful location, just 5 minutes to the village pub, good food and excellent ales. The property is ideal for visiting the Suffolk coast and surrounding areas. Plenty of wildlife close by, we enjoyed sitting out at night listening to the owls.The cottage has everything you need, the only thing was the sofa and chair are very uncomfortable, they’ve seen better days! If these were updated I would definitely book again and give it 5 stars.

A Haven of Peace & Nature

This is such a pretty cottage, beautifully appointed. Fabulous support from the owners who live close by. Secluded, private, easy access to Theburton and surrounding villages. Very comfortable bed! Highly recommended
