Porti Aphrodite 3 is part of the Porti Villas complex, built on a private land of 4.000m2 and one of the seven villas. The 186m2 villa is spread throughout two floors and accommodates up to 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms. The villa is made from natural material like stone and wood of the region and the and tied in harmony with the environment.
Porti Aphrodite 3 is an eco friendly villa as it is equipped with solar panels that produce clean energy from sunlight to meet much of the homes energy requirements.

Layout

Ground Floor?

The main entrance opens up to an open-plan area featuring the living room, kitchen and indoor dining area. The villa is designed to cover the needs of a luxurious stay and offers the necessary equipment, so that you dont lack anything. The living room features a large corner sofa, a 55 Smart HDTV with Netflix App and a coffee table. Next to the living room youll find the the modern fully equipped kitchen which with all necessary appliances for a self catered holiday. ?The ground level features a bedroom with a King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower and washing machine, air conditioning, 43" TV, closet and direct access to the pool area. ?Finally there is a WC on the ground level.??
First Floor

The first floor features three bedrooms:

- Master Bedroom with a King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), Ensuite bathroom with double sink and stand alone shower, Air conditioning, 43" TV, Open Closet and a private balcony with mountain view?

- Bedroom with a King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), Ensuite bathroom with stand alone shower, Air conditioning, 43" TV, Closet

- Bedroom with two twin size beds (0,90 x 2,00) that may be converted into a King size bed (1,80 x 2,00), Ensuite bathroom with stand alone shower, Air conditioning, 43" TV, Open Closet and a private balcony with mountain view.??

Special attention was given to the delight of sleep, by investing in first quality linen of 100% Greek cotton by the company "NEF NEF"and anatomical mattresses of "COCOMAT" made of 100% natural materials. In the bathrooms you will find personal hygiene products, such as shampoo and shower gel, while in the bedrooms there are sheets, duvets, blankets, and bathrobes.

Outdoor area

The outdoor area of the villa is equipped to embrace ultimate relaxation. More specifically the outdoor facilities include:

- ? private 61m2 swimming pool (1,40m depth) with a shallower childrens section. The pool can be heated upon request with an additional daily charge (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice.)

- The pool terrace is equipped with eight sun beds, 2 sun umbrellas and an outdoor shower

?The Villa is located in the traditional Cretan village of Asomatos and offer serenity and views of the nearby hills and mountains. Situated only 6.5 km from Plakias town which has become a renowned tourist resort now providing all the facilities that a visitor could wish. For those interested in self-catering, the supermarkets, bakeries and other shops offer a very wide range of products, including local and traditional goods. Plakias also offers a variety of restaurants, tavernas, cafes and bars. The area has all basic infrastructures such as a marina, shops, bank, petrol station, post office, dental practice, pharmacy and frequent bus services from Plakias to Rethymnon center.
