Porti Iraklis 4 is approved by Greek Tourism Organisation with a license and managed by "etouri vacation rental management."
Porti Iraklis 4 is part of the Porti Villas complex, built on a private land of 4,000m2 and one of the seven villas that were built and designed in unison. The 100m2 villa is spread throughout two floors and accommodates up to six guests in its three bedrooms. Located in the picturesque village of Asomatos near the famous holiday resort area of Plakias and near many crystal clear south coast beaches.
Porti Iraklis 4 is an eco-friendly villa as it is equipped with solar panels that produce clean energy from sunlight to meet much of the homes energy requirements.
Layout
Ground Floor
The main entrance opens up to an open-plan area featuring the living room, kitchen, and indoor dining area. The living room features a large corner sofa, a 55 Smart HDTV with Netflix App, and a coffee table. Next to the living roo,m youll find the modern, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances for a self-catered holiday. The ground level features a bedroom with a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00), an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower, air conditioning, 43" TV, open closet, and direct access to the pool area. ?Finally, there is a washing machine and WC on this level.??
First Floor
The first floor features two bedrooms:
- Master Bedroom with a King size bed (1,80 x 2,00), Ensuite bathroom with stand stand-alone shower, Air conditioning, 43" TV, Open Closet, and a shared balcony with mountain view
- Bedroom with two twin-size beds (0,90 x 2,00) that may be converted into a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00), Ensuite bathroom with stand stand-alone shower, Air conditioning, 43" TV, Open Closet, and a shared balcony with mountain view.?
Special attention was given to the delight of sleep, by investing in first quality linen of 100% Greek cotton by the company "NEF NEF"and anatomical mattresses of "COCOMAT" made of 100% natural materials. In the bathrooms you will find personal hygiene products, such as shampoo and shower gel, while in the bedrooms there are sheets, duvets, blankets, and bathrobes.
Outdoor area
The outdoor area of the villa is equipped to embrace ultimate relaxation. More specifically, the outdoor facilities include:
- ? private 26m2 swimming pool (1,40m depth). The pool can be heated upon request with an additional daily charge (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice.)
- The pool terrace is equipped with six sun beds, a sun umbrella, and an outdoor shower

-Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
