I am deeply saddened to hear that your holiday wasn’t as you expected, I am very sorry about that. However, I am going to response to this review to speak to future guests, my job is to make your holiday the best it can be, I'm very approachable and any issue big or small I highly suggest that you contact me. Having spoken to you, the last message I received from you said that everything was fine and you were happy. Regarding the dirty pool, a few days prior to your stay we had installed a new decking area around the pool. We were having problems with the dust that still remained from the work, we did clean it prior to your stay and immediately at your request, but it had been an issue. We installed brand new air conditioning in the lower floor bedrooms, which is of a high quality. We didn’t feel the need to instal the newer models on the upper floor, so instead there is a small portable unit. As on this floor, there is three double patio doors – which open – and two other doors and two large ceiling fans so I did not feel the need to instal the newer AC model upstairs. Our sheets are cleaned and ironed by a local company used by all the hotels in the area, which were recommended to me. In response, I will contact the company and let them know. However, had you mentioned this through message I would have immediately sent someone to change them, as I am available 24/7 online. As for the decoration of the villa it is very modern so I will place more photos onto the website so that people can see the décor for themselves and see if it suites their personal preference. I will get my builder to look at other issues that have been highlighted. Again, I do apologise - I wish we could have resolved it at the time – but your review has been very helpful to me and I appreciate it. I wish your family good health and happiness. Meine Aufgabe ist es, Ihren Urlaub so gut wie möglich zu gestalten. Nachdem ich mit Ihnen gesprochen hatte, sagte die letzte Nachricht, die ich von Ihnen erhielt, dass alles in Ordnung war und Sie glücklich waren. Was den schmutzigen Pool betrifft, so haben wir einige Tage vor Ihrem Aufenthalt einen neuen Terrassenbereich um den Pool herum installiert. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Staub, der noch von der Arbeit übrig blieb, wir haben ihn vor Ihrem Aufenthalt und sofort auf Ihren Wunsch hin gereinigt, aber es war ein Problem. In den Schlafzimmern im Erdgeschoss haben wir eine brandneue Klimaanlage installiert, die von hoher Qualität ist. Wir hatten nicht das Bedürfnis, die neueren Modelle im Obergeschoss zu installieren, stattdessen gibt es eine kleine tragbare Einheit. Wie auf dieser Etage gibt es drei doppelte Terrassentüren – die sich öffnen lassen – und zwei weitere Türen und zwei große Deckenventilatoren, so dass ich nicht das Bedürfnis verspürte, das neuere AC-Modell im Obergeschoss zu installieren. Unsere Bettwäsche wird von einer lokalen Firma gereinigt und gebügelt, die von allen Hotels in der Umgebung verwendet wird, die mir empfohlen wurden. Als Antwort werde ich mich mit der Firma in Verbindung setzen und sie informieren. Hätten Sie dies jedoch per Nachricht erwähnt, hätte ich sofort jemanden geschickt, um sie zu ändern, da ich rund um die Uhr online verfügbar bin. Die Dekoration der Villa ist sehr modern, daher werde ich mehr Fotos auf die Website stellen, damit die Leute die Einrichtung selbst sehen und sehen können, ob sie ihren persönlichen Vorlieben entspricht. Ich werde meinen Builder veranlassen, sich andere Probleme anzusehen, die hervorgehoben wurden. Having Robert and his family stay was an absolute pleasure, they were the perfect guests! Very respectful towards my home and also extremely friendly to the house keepers. I hope to see them again next year.
