Air-conditioned Apartment Faro is a newly built one-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of a building in Bašanija, just 400 m from the sea. Thanks to its sunny and quiet location, it’s an excellent choice for those who value comfort and tranquility. The center of Bašanija is only 300 m away, where you’ll find a grocery store, bakery, bar, excellent restaurants, a pizzeria, post office, and bank. Various beaches are easily reachable on foot in just a few minutes.

The comfortable, air-conditioned apartment includes one bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette and dining area, a bathroom, and a terrace.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200), bed linen provided (changed weekly), two bedside tables with lamps, and a wardrobe.
The bathroom includes a bathtub, sink with mirror cabinet, toilet, hairdryer, and two towels per person (changed weekly). The bathroom connects to the hallway leading to the living room.

The living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer compartment, two ceramic stovetops, an extractor hood, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine.
The living area includes a sofa bed, coffee table, cabinet, flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, and a dining table with 4 chairs, with access to the terrace.

The covered terrace is equipped with a garden table and 4 chairs and offers a view of the garden and surrounding buildings. Private parking is available on the property.

Bašanija is located near the town of Umag (6 km away).
In Bašanija, you'll find shops, a bank, post office, bars, restaurants, and fast food.
The nearest beaches—rocky, pebbly, or sandy—are just 400 m away, easily reachable on foot.

Nearby you will find many leisure options: tennis courts, the Kempinski Golf Club with 18 holes, horseback riding, water sports, nightlife, and various boat or bus excursions.
There are renowned restaurants, simple eateries, pizzerias, fast food, and bars.

The Savudrija area is known for its pine forests and is recommended for treating pulmonary conditions.
