The second floor is home to three well-presented bedrooms, two boasting kingsize beds with built-in wardrobes, and offering pleasant views. The third bedroom has a full-size single bed, with a pull-out bed underneath, it can be used by an adult but probably more suited to a child. The family bathroom is contemporary, with a shower over the bath and heated towel rail. The first floor, which actually opens to the ground level at the rear is all open plan, offering a plenty of easy seating to relax after a day on the fells, and a well-equipped kitchen ideal for a hearty breakfast, complete with fridge and dishwasher. An additional fridge freezer is provided in garage. A doorway at the rear leads directly onto an enclosed patio area which is south facing and is perfect for that morning coffee and a bit of fresh Cumbrian air. The ground floor features a utility room with washing machine and dryer, as well as parking and a garage which can be used to store bikes or kayaks.
