4 Middleshade Road is an exceptional home nestled on an exclusive residential street, perfectly situated for a family getaway or a group of golfers. Ladebraes walk is a mere few meters away, offering a traffic free, riverside pathway right into the centre of St Andrews.
Built in the 1930s, this characterful detached property was upgraded at the end of 2020, yet it retains many of its original features which complements its charming facade impeccably. The home sleeps up to 8 people flexibly in 3 twin or superking and a double bedroom, all benefitting from brand new, plush mattresses to ensure a relaxing night's sleep following a fun-filled day!
The entrance vestibule leads you to the ground floor. To the front of the property is the main living area with a wonderful view of the street and neighbouring fields.
