Located in an exceptional area, very close walking distance to the main points of interest of the city, with all the services around such as the Starbucks coffee shop and with a magnificent connection with buses and tram to be able to move around without using the car. The flat is on the first floor with no lift, the last flight of stairs being a spiral staircase, making it unsuitable for bulky luggage.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, coffee maker, bed linen, smart TV, shower towels, hairdryer, cot, high chair and fiber Wifi Internet. The roof terrace is communal for the 3 flats in the building, as well as the washing machine.

The flat is on the first floor without a lift and the last flight of stairs is a spiral staircase, which makes it unsuitable for bulky luggage.

Check-in after 10 p.m. incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.

On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.
