Summary:
This is a lovely townhouse with communal pool, close to bars, restaurants and a small supermarket. It is within walking distance to Los Dolses and Zenia Boulevard.
The property has an outdoor seating area at the front of the property. Inside is a large lounge and bedroom downstairs and bathroom. Upstairs there is 2 bedrooms and balcony off the master bedroom.
To the rear of the property is a large communal pool with garden area..For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
The Space:
The town house has a lounge with corner sofa, dining table and chairs.
The kitchen is an independent kitchen with washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, hob and oven.
The bedroom downstairs has 2 single beds, and there is also a walkin shower in the bathroom.
Upstairs, both bedrooms have double beds and fitted wardrobes.
The Neighborhood:
Within 5 minutes walk there are numerous bars, different nationality restaurants and a small supermarket.
Torrevieja is a 15 minute bus ride away , where there is a night market, paddle boarding, boat trips and a lovely broad walk to stroll along. Torrevieja also has a great water park, ideal for a family day out.
Alicante and Cartagena are large cities which are good to explore for historical castles, streets, shopping areas and ports.
Zenia Boulevard is a 5 minute taxi journey away, where there are 100ÂŽs of shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, bowling alley and casino.
Getting Around:
A car is advantageous to explore the areas however there are amenities within walking distances.
