A security deposit of GBP 200 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
A wide variety of shops and restaurants can be found within the area. The famous Westfield Stratford City shopping centre is just 5 minutes by train and London City Airport is only 2-3 minutes.

1) PLEASE EMAIL APPROXIMATE TIME OF ARRIVAL AND ENSURE YOU PROVIDE VALID MOBILE NUMBER WITH YOUR COUNTRY CODE.
2) For guests arriving later than 18:00 All guest must notify us 48 hours prior check-in. The property will send instruction to check-in.
Keys for the apartments will be ready to collect from a safety key deposit box outside the apartment door. This information is EMAILED OR TEXT to Guest. Guest is required to request LATE CHECK IN INFORMATION.
A valid Credit or Debit card and photo ID must be presented at check-in, and card holder must be present. The hotel accepts all major Credit / Debit cards.
Smoking is not allowed in the property. A GBP 300fee will be charged to any guest if evidence of smoking is found in their guest room.
