The Purbeck room is refurbished in a contemporary theme with all the amenities you need for a relaxing night away. Air conditioning, 28" flat screen TV, Nespresso coffee maker & White Company toiletries.

Lovely location, but a few things let it down

The bedroom is a good size and the decor is nice. The bathroom is in need of updating, but a positive was that the hot water got hot very quickly, and the water pressure was great. The kitchen fan is quite noisy and goes on until late, so be mindful of this. Particularly if you are staying between Thursday-Sunday, as that is when the restaurant is open. I found the pillows really uncomfortable as they were very soft. I did contact the number stated on vrbo to resolve this, but I didn't get a response.

Excellent with one reservation

Room was clean, fresh and ideal for our requirements. The restaurant food was very good and the staff were excellent. However please be aware that the bathroom sink tap water is far to hot and could scald a child's hands if not careful. I did mention this to the receptionist who said she would pass this comment on.

Well equipped dog friendly accommodation, quality bedding, nice to have a bath as well as a shower.

We liked the evening entertainment, in particular David the restaurant Manager was really friendly and helpful which made for a most happy stay. Nothing was too much trouble for David and his staff. We will be keen to come back, hoping to celebrate my Sisters' Birthday in February.

Perfect location to the beach and Forest!

I loved the style and cleanliness of the room. All the staff were genuinely interested in us, both restaurant and room staff. Please ensure the house keeping have a decent coffee supply and the toiletries you stated were in the room as we had only two pods and one tiny soap. I had to buy shampoo and coffee!!!!

Great Food lousy Air Con

We have dined here before & rather than driving home we stayed as it was a special occasion. The food as always was superb as was the room, except it was too hot and we were too late into the evening to resolve the non-operating air-con system so resolved by opening the top hung windows which helped a little only to be countered by the noise from the external cooling fans for I guess the refrigeration plant. Next time I would prefer either air con sorted or a room furthest from said fans

Professional, friendly staff & very comfortable accommodation.

We arrived and were checked in quickly and efficiently. We managed to boom a table for dinner for us and another couple despite restaurant being very busy. Food was excellent, but a bit over-priced. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We booked b&b but had to pay for cooked breakfast which we felt was a bit cheeky and disappointing.

Delightfully relaxed luxury

My wife and I had combined a family visit with work I had to carry out in New Milton. I had stayed at Pebble Beach in June and as exiles from Hampshire living in Wales, I was keen for my wife to experience views from the terrace in one of our favourite parts of the World and also the fine dining in a relaxed environment. The ultimate accolade I can give is that we have booked to return in August!

Very comfortable enjoyable stay

Myself, partner and 2 daughters stayed one night. We were in the area for a sad event a family member funeral. Pebble beach was absolutely lovely. We had dinner and drinks. Served by very nice attentive but not intrusive waiters. Very relaxed atmosphere and excellent service. All staff were really friendly. We had an enjoyable evening which made a sad occasion so much easier for us.
