Apartment Two A studio apartment with two rooms. A comfortable double bed with wardrobe and ensuite in one area, and an adjoining kitchen, dining and lounge area in the next. There are smart televisions in each room and the kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven and hob. There are USB chargers in the beside wall sockets. Located in the West End of Edinburgh City Centre, the self-catering studio apartments are in Cornwall Street just behind the Usher Hall and Lyceum Theatre. There are two studio apartments in this establish holiday and short stay rental accommodation.
Studio One has a super-king/twin configuration, en-suite bathroom with shower and separate kitchenette and dining area. Studio Two has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with shower and a separate kitchenette and dining area. Studio one is located at the front of the building and studio two at the back of the building. On booking systems the Double/Twin room will be Studio One, and the Double Only will be Studio Two .
The units are ideally located with easy access to the main tourist and shopping areas in the City Centre. Train, tram and bus routes are between 5 and 15 minutes away. There is pay and display parking nearby and longer term parking in the multi-story car park. The city center is with in the Low Emission Zone (LEZ) and fines are doubled every time non-compliant cars entre the city.

Our stay was great, will definitely book again
Location was fantastic for the Usher Hall where we were heading. Easy to find, lovely clean modern facilities, and very quiet considering we were just off Lothian Road.

Lovely apartment chose this location as its central to venues, restaurants and pubs.

Great place to stay!
Lovely flat right in the middle of Edinburgh, beautiful area really close to great restaurants and cafes! Spotlessly clean, quiet and very cosy. Access was really easy and no problems at all with the stay. Would stay here again and have already recommended it to family and friends.

Thanks for the review. We know the PIN access is not to everyone’s preference. We do make it clear at time of booking in advance of arrival. There is an iron located in the luggage store and this is mentioned in the guest booklet which is in each apartment. Also we will more than happily help if we are contacted. What a wonderful place to stay in Edinburgh!
We loved this apartment and wished we could have stayed longer! Very clean and spacious. Perfect for two people. Great location at the bottom of the castle and just up the hill from Prince’s Street Gardens.

Beautiful, immaculate apartment, ideally located - we discovered a treasure
We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. Impeccably clean and very comfortable, the location is absolutely perfect. Sat behind the castle and a very short walk around the corner to the Lyceum Theatre & West End with an abundance of fantastic bars and restaurants.

A gem with great location!
We were in Edimburgh to participate in the annual My Peak Challenge fundraising gala event. We really enjoyed having a place where we could relax quiety as well as entertain a few friends. It felt like a little piece of home away from home and made our stay in Edinburgh very enjoyable. The staff were very responsive to our few questions and pleasant. We re-book for our next visit in a heartbeat.

Calm and comfortable apartment in the centre
Easy access with key code. Comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Very clean. The bed was a little small but with the size of the bedroom it would be hard to fit in a bigger one.

Our favorite place to stay when in Edinburgh
Edinburgh Nine's Cornwall Street location is ideal, and for us it feels like our home away from home. The double only apartment is clean and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bath room is modern. The bed is quite comfortable. And the view of the internal garden area from the kitchen is wonderful. It is a very quiet location, yet close to Old Town, Grassmarket, and Haymarket. A perfect place to recharge in between the hustle and bustle of experiencing Edinburgh.

So close to being perfect
Location was great, space was great, updates were great, view was great. The negative was the hot water situation. Due to plumbing, hot water was very dicey anytime other than the morning. That was an issue for my wife. Other than that, stay was good.

Great choice
I could not have asked for better - this is a really clean and comfortable choice. The ability to leave luggage in a store at the property before the check-in time was really handy. Also small things like the sachets of milk in the fridge were much appreciated. Responses from the owners were prompt and helpful. It’s a great, safe, and convenient location.
