The Kabbelaar holiday apartment is an attractive and very spacious apartment for four people with an ideal location directly on the marina of Marina Port Zélande and close to the wide sandy beach on the North Sea. From the sunny terrace you have a beautiful view of the marina.

The apartment is on the ground floor and through the rear of the building you enter the apartment in the spacious hall. Here is a storage room and a toilet. Then you go up a staircase to the large, bright living room with sitting area, dining area and open kitchen. The large windows with sliding doors offer you a beautiful view of the marina. From the living room you go up another staircase to the two bedrooms, both of which have access to a balcony. Here is also the bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink, toilet and a bath (with hooks to dry a surf suit, ideal for divers). Through the sliding doors you enter the terrace, where you can relax and watch the activity in the marina. You walk down a small staircase and you are at the marina, where, after registration and for a fee, you can moor a boat as passer-by with the harbor master. There is a playground for children in front of the door.
You can unload your luggage in front of the door, then park your car in the public car park at the entrance of the marina.

The wide North Sea beach with trendy beach bars and many water sports activities is located directly on the other side of the Brouwersdam. You can get here in two minutes by car, and it takes about fifteen minutes on foot via the special walking route.
The small center of Scharendijke is less than ten minutes by car. Here are several restaurants, shops and a supermarket. The cozy center of the monumental town of Zierikzee can be reached in twenty minutes by car and Ouddorp is also about twenty minutes by car.

If you like sailing, you can rent a sailing boat with or without a skipper from the marina, there are sloops for rent, there are surf schools on the beach, if you want to play golf you can do so in Haamstede or Bruinisse. The adjacent holiday park Port Zélande has an indoor swimming pool, there are bowling lanes, etc., which you can use for a fee. In short, you can have plenty of fun if you want.
