2. You can rent bed linen or towels or bring your own. Bed linen costs 12 euros p.p.
 Cost of hand linen 10 euros per person per set. Please bring your own bed linen for the baby bed.
3. Pets are not allowed in this holiday home
4. You book for one of the four houses and will be classified on site.
5. Groups and / or young people> 25 are not allowed
6. Maximum allowed occupancy: 6 people, this includes 1 baby
7. The deposit will be refunded to your account as soon as possible, but certainly within two weeks after your stay by the owner.

House description:
In the winter of 2019, four new holiday homes were built in what was once a stable on the site of the former Zeldenrust farm. The finest materials have been used and the holiday homes are equipped with all modern luxury and comfort with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. You book for one of the four houses and are classified on site.

Holiday home Perzik is located on a spacious plot in a quiet and rural area, bordering the nature reserve De Pekelinge on the edge of the pleasant village of Oostkapelle. Within five minutes you are by car at the North Sea beach or in the center with shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The fashionable seaside resort of Domburg with a golf course can be reached within ten minutes. In about fifteen minutes you are by car in the provincial capital Middelburg.

There is a lot of space around holiday home Perzik, at the front there is a sheltered terrace with a fence for some privacy. The large property includes a sandpit, trampoline, playhouse and playground equipment for your children. There are plenty of parking spaces.

The layout of the holiday home is as follows:
 You enter the house at the front, into the living room with a comfortable sitting area, dining area and open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. On the ground floor are two bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and a separate bedroom and a separate bathroom. The third bedroom is on the first floor. Occupancy of the house is up to 6 people including babies

The holiday home Perzik is very suitable for families, because of the play options and space on the site. Because there are six holiday homes together, there are usually friends to play with. Ideal for a family, vacation with grandpa and grandma. Here you can rest and enjoy in a pleasant environment and your children can play.

The four houses are decorated identically, you do not book specifically for one house, but for one of the four (Appel, Druif, Perzik or Vijg).
